If we think from R's pov, she came here under deception to find evidence against Vansh. Now with her developing feelings she wants to prove his innocence.

Ragini being alive is heavy proof in favour of Vansh.

So at this moment she's thinking from that pov.

But once her sautan returns and she starts seeing a different Vansh in front of Rags that's when her alarm bells will slowly start ringing.

In the meantime we'll get many amazing scenes.
