I think the problem is not that Preesha is unaware of Rudra's feelings/attraction, she is not ready to accept hers. And even ready to acknowledge that she's comfortable being intimate with him.
She's ready for intimacy but not ready to acknowledge that she's ready.
She has this PG-13 rating limit in her head and anything above that is brushed under the carpet.

@bold - yes, she was actually capitulating little by little and would have ended up with him if not for this drama which started up.
For Preesha, a girl who would fight for anyone if she feels bad for them/they're being treated unfair, the point is not that Rudra's being blamed unfairly. She'll fight for anyone like that.
The point is what will happen to her if anything happens to him & that she needs to realise soon. Something huge.
