No I agree completely. I'm just sad cos I normally go home (to Tanzania where my parents are) for garba every year - the situation is touchwood under control there, so they're having the festival on a small scale there. But quarantine restrictions, and work and all means I can't travel there right now. Hence the disappointment.

Totally get it. Nothing comes close to happiness, especially during a festive time with family. Try it on zoom na? Personally haven't tried, but my cousin and her friends are celebrating via it ( they are college students and since its shut and all are scattered across the country), she can't stop raving about it.
