Not a party pooper per se, but Tbh it's better to stay away given the situation. Personally disappointed in my city with all the thak jaam.... I know it's a yearly festival, but given how so many are losing their lives or getting infected a little empathy could do. A simple Pooja would do. But no. It's all happening like normal and so many getting infected on daily basis. It's a scary situation.

No I agree completely. I'm just sad cos I normally go home (to Tanzania where my parents are) for garba every year - the situation is touchwood under control there, so they're having the festival on a small scale there. But quarantine restrictions, and work and all means I can't travel there right now. Hence the disappointment.
