Was Bondita completely right?

Hi guys,

Hope you are all doing good. Just been catching glimpses here and there coz I am no longer able to relate this show to what it once was. I just want to understand how was Bondita ever right?

1. Was she right when she decided to get involved in matters concerning adults to help her sister?
2. Was she right when without understanding the consequences of her actions she decided to team up with Brijwasi? Yes she did not know she was cheating people but clearly her family suffered because of her actions. Her family was humiliated before everyone and Trilochan fell sick. Yet Bondita is justified in her actions?
3. Ani was wrong to not give her the benefit of doubt and ask her why she did what she did. But would Bondita have spoken the truth? Wouldn't she have tried to hide for the sake of her spineless sister?
4. Ani was wrong to get angry on her because of the humiliation his family went through coz of her? If you were in his place wouldn't you get mad as well? Yes he was wrong in throwing her out but he was in no way wrong to get mad at her

No matter her intentions, Bondita did make a mistake. So how does that make her right? Yes even Anirudh made a mistake. That makes the two of them. Bondita suffered a lot after going back to her mother and its horrible. The society is to blame here. Just because Ani left her doesn't mean they can treat her so horribly. Anirudh wanted her away so that his family need not suffer anymore for her actions. Did he throw her away because he wanted to disown her?

Anirudh is bound to feel guilty but what the heck do they mean Bondita sahi thi? Bondita is a child. Y not show her like a child? The precap literally fried my brains again. A child saying I believe my husband is alive and he will come for me? I would find it ok if it sounded like a child saying that but it felt more like a typical pati vrata patni mouthing these dialogues from any saas bahu show. I wonder if Aura's parents are really comfortable with the crap the makers are getting her to do for the show. If they want to show such crap then at least introduce it when Bondita is a little older. Focus on her education and how she evolves into an independent minded woman. Not this rubbish. Even if they wished to show child trafficking it would have been better had they shown from the eyes of a child and not a bahu material.

Hey, i completely agree with your pov, i believe neither were correct, both bound by an illusion created by the people they trusted, that's why before Bondita got to know about Ani Mini supposed to be engagement she didn't blame Ani even once, and honestly the only place where i felt he was at fault was the thing that he is elder and he was expected to show some maturity but then i dont feel he should be blamed too completely, because he is and was always like that, a little impulsive person who doesn't have much idea about the bad ritual that were practiced by people, but i believe Bon was like that only from the start too.. A little naive girl who believes everyone is good, she did thought how sweet her mami is to feed her the kheer which was just to make her unconscious, she still was exhibiting the same trait, believing on Brijwasi... But i guess since this time she know she cant be like that trusting everyone blindly, this will eventually help her grow, only if they show her to learn something from the track and also as this is itv and a female lead is always made mahan, they chose the same route for her, and made her a mahan, but still i am happy they still didn't butchered Anirudh 's character in order to show her mahan and that's all that matters to me right now.

BOTH Anirudh-Bondita were wrong, both of them did blunders. Now they are learning from their mistakes.....

Thanks for the reply 😊 Yes Ani being the elder one should have realised Bondita is a child who probably was brainwashed by a man who had brainwashed the entire village including his own uncle. That was his one mistake. He should have compelled her to speak the truth before deciding to send her back. Coming to Bondita, I would have to differ here. Coz Bondita is someone who always challenged the norms, questioning everything. She was the same girl who fought for the rights of women coz she could argue that women also feel ashamed like men. Remember that scene where she stole men's outfits when they were having a bath to prove her point? Here she used the logic that could be expected of a 10 year old and not an adult. I dont blame her for trusting Brijwasi but she did make a mistake not confiding it in Ani or her family. Ani would have easily found a way to help Sampoorna but I get it. Bondita is a child and she might not have thought about that angle. Ani's character so far has been consistent. He definitely deserved to be yelled at by Sumati for abandoning Bondita when he had promised to protect her all his life. But how can even Sumati feel her daughter was right in what she did? And even in the forum I see many bashing Anirudh but if anyone has stayed true to their character it was him.

Doesn't seem that way, does it? Coz all I can see Ani saying is 'Bondita u were right and I was wrong.' How was she right is my question? I would understand if Ani said she was not at fault which means she did nothing wrong intentionally and both are two different things.

He meant she was right regarding hiding the Sampoorna thing, saving her marital relationship. He would never call her right regarding trusting Brijwasi 😆 He was wrong regarding throwing her out. Bondita's mistake was trusting Brijwasi the outsider where Anirudh went wrong when he decided to end the relationship.

@bold - I totally agree. Bondita's mistake was hiding this matter and trusting an outsider and Anirudh was wrong to throw her out. Had it been Batuk in her stead, wouldn't he have given him another chance? Both are wrong. For me the biggest culprit here is Sampoorna 🤢

To begin with,, they are only reacting with their overwhelming emotions.... he just wanted to say sorry to her for the awful things he said... remember during one of their phone convoys she said to him dont ask sorry becuz if I had broken a promise for Dampoorna you would have forgiven me right? He said yes!! He was reacting like that because he felt she ended up in a place like Heera Mandi becuz of his impulsive behaviour! Secondly he feels guilty inside that he almost got engaged to Mini becuz he felt like that would mean he was betraying her... Bon was not right but she was not wrong either! She was under the impression that Brijwasi was good becuz of the positive things people were saying about him! If she knew he was cheat she would never have listened to him and sadly she only realised that at the end! Bon has forgiven Ani before! Bon is Ani's wife but she is a 11 year old child but this marraige was still considered marraige becuz of the era they lived... pls I hope no one mistakes me but I if we nit pick all the details we r not going to enjoy the general flow of the drama.. and the writers do make mistakes sometimes when it comes to the dialogues...sometimes we can overlook at it like how we do for other dramas... hopefully they can still maintain Bon's cute dialogues with her her cut actions like how we all have been seeing her but at the same time showing her bond becoming stronger with Ani...
