I don't have a twitter account cause last time I had, I was way too addicted to it. 

But I promise to write it here first thing in the morning.

And thanks to you others for doing so much for the show. Your efforts are really appreciable.....

My letter to Ekta Ma'am

Ma'am I am very well aware that so many of PB fans have already shown the emotional connection with that show. Even I have the same connection. The show gave me a smile for 20 mins every day. Even when I was going through a bad phase, I didn't miss watching the show cause it gave me pure joy. But right now I want to state facts...

1) The show has Aneri Vajani, whose been a part of successful shows like Nisha aur uske cousins, Beyhadh and silsila badalte rishton ka.

2)You've got Kunal Jai Singh, whose been a part of Ishqbaaz, dil bole oberoi and again, silsila badalte rishton ka.

3) Both of them have worked together on another show so they already have a previous fan following. AND that show was on OTT platform too.

4)The most important part, you have Palki Malhotra as your producer whose success record is 100% up till now. Who is known to make most loved shows for youth. Like Dil Dosti Dance and Girls on top. 

5) We all know that youngsters as well as adults are watching everything online now-a-days. So trust me, only half of them are watching Naagin 5 on actual TV

6) Kaisi yeh Yaariyan 3, silsila badalte rishton ka and Ek duje ke vaaste 2, all of them were shifted to OTT, but the producers didn't face any loss. Eventually these shows were telecasted on channel too. Power of the people!!

7) Lastly, Even after your no promotions and constant slot change, people are still fighting for it. You see the reality now?

I have always loved the show from day 1. The story had the funniest star cast which made me really happy. I was always curious to see what this story might turn out. But you just cut it like a piece of cake. I hope this message reaches you and you reconsider your decision.

Episode 26

Pranati quietly sat down beside him on Archit's sofa and decided to ask what happened.

Pranati: Kya hua?

Rey: Navya ko jab bhi problem hoti hai woh sabse pehle maan ko call krti hai aur Maan kaise uski saari pareshaani khatam kr deta hai. Tujhe Jugnu ke time kitni problem hui hogi na? Main toh toh tere saath tha hi nhi.

Pranati: Hui toh thi, per woh past tha Reyansh, hum usse badal toh nhi sakte

Rey: I wish Pranati, I wish main badal sakta. Soch agar main tere saath hota toh sab kitna achha hota. Hum dono saath mein tera check up kraane jaate. First time ultrasound ki report mein jugnu ke haath aur pair dikhna, uski first heart beat, uski first kick, tera gubaare jaise mota hona. Maine sab miss kr diya.

Pranati(asking annoyingly): Tumhein mujhe mote hote hue dekhna tha? 

Rey: Of course, I bet tu tab bhi bohot khubsurat lagti hogi

Pranati: Tum na bilkul pagal ho. (Holding his hand) waise main tumhe thoda bohot experience de sakti hoon

Rey: Kaise?

Pranati: Ek minute.

Pranati got up and moved towards Navya's room. She called Maan outside

Pranati: Maan tum ek minute bahar aa sakte ho

Maan: Kya baat hai Prabhi?

Pranati: Maan waise toh Archit ne mujhe Navya ka khayal rakhne ke liye hi bheja tha, per tum aa gaye ho tum hi ruk jao.

Maan(teasing): Kyun, aap aur bhai kahin ja rahe ho kya? Alone time chahiye?

Pranati(smiling sarcastically): Beta Maan, bhoolo mt main tumhari Prabhi hoon, tumhari taang khichne ki wajayein mere paas bhi kam nhi hai( indicating towards Navya). Tum chahte ho ki main khichu?

Maan(blushing): Nhi Prabhi.

Pranati: Good, toh main aur Reyansh ja rahein hai, achhi tarah se dhyaan rakhna Navya ka.

Maan: Ji

Maan nodded his head and Pranati started to leave when he called her. She turned her head towards him to hear what he was about to say

Maan: Welcome to the family...Bhabhi

Pranati gave him a million dollar smile and left. She asked Reyansh to come with her. Reyansh drove them to Pranati's house. She opened the main door to her house with her keys. 

Rey: Tere mummy papa ghar nhi hain kya?

Pranati: Nhi, woh massi ke ghar puja hai toh woh log wahan gaye hai. 

She lead him to her room and placed her bag on the bed. She opened her cupboard and pulled out the top drawer. She took out heavy file and gave it to Reyansh.

Rey: Ab tu mujhse padhai krwaygi kya?

Pranati: Jitna main tumhe padha sakti thi utna maine college mein padha diya tha, aur mujhe nhi lagta, ki tumhari aur padne ki capacity bhi hai

Rey: Itni badi file kyun pakdai hai mujhe?

Pranati: tum khoke toh dekho

Rey sat down with Pranati  on bed and opened the file to see a big page with bold letters saying '1st month'. He turned to see, pictures of pregnancy tests and repots that confirmed pregnancy. 

Pranati: First month mein kuchh zada toh nhi hai per second month se actual journey start hoti hai. (turning the page to the 2nd month heading and then to ultrasound report). Woh chhota sa spot dekh rahe ho, woh Jugnu hai. 

Reyansh smiled looking at it. She continued narrating every event that happened during all the months of pregnancy. 

She took out a little pendrive from the file and connected it to her laptop.

Pranati: Yeh suno

She played the audio file which contained the first heart beat of Jugnu that she ever heard. It brought tears in Reyansh's eyes.

Rey: Tune yeh sab kitne achhe se sambhaal ke rakha hai.

Pranati: Bas yahi toh yadein thi mere paas meri beti ki. Arrey abhi khatam nhi hua hai aage dekho.

He tuned pages for her and they were finally on 9th month. Where Reyansh found a picture of Pranati with a full grown baby in her stomach. Reyansh smirked and picked it up.

Rey: waise tu utni bhi achhi nhi lag rhi, 

Pranati hit him hard on his arm. He started rubbing it where she hit him.

Rey: Mazak kr raha hoon yaar. Bohot cute lag rhi hai. Ek dum gol matol.

They both giggled.

Rey: Thankyou Pranati. Thankyou for all this. And sorry main tere saath nhi tha. Hota toh sara din tere aage peechhe ghumta rehta. Teri dawiyan, hot water bag aur food cravings. Main sabka khayal rakh leta.

Pranati: woh toh tum abhi bhi kr sakte ho...jaise abhi mera garma garam coffee peene ka mann kr raha hai

Rey(standing up and saluting): Yes Ma'am.

Reyansh saw a paper falling from the file. He bent down, picked it up and read what was written on it. 

Rey: Abortion papers?

Pranati's smile faded listening to the words. She slowly took the paper from his hand and kept it inside the file. She arranged everything back in file and kept it back inside her drawer.

Pranati: ek baar ke liye main Jugnu ko abort krwane wali thi. Tum mujhe chhodkr chale gaye the. Maa ne bhi mujhe ghar se nikal diya tha. Mujhe laga agar main abort kr loongi toh sab pehle jaisa ho jayega. Almost pills bhi le li thi per mujhse nhi ho paya.  

She placed her head on the closed cupboard, tightening her hands on the handles as a few tears left her eyes. She felt two arms wrapping around her from the back. Reyansh placed his head on her head 

Rey: I'm sorry Prani, I'm so sorry. 

Pranati felt a water drop on her shoulder. she realised that Reyansh was crying. Even after 9 years, she couldn't see him getting sad. She quckly wiped her tears and turned around to look at him.

Pranati: Per ab toh sab kuchh thhik hai na Reyansh? Tum main aur Jugnu saath hain. Sab kuchh sahi hai. 

Reyansh wiped his tears and nodded.

Pranati: Ab tumhara emotional natak khatam ho gaya ho toh jaake coffee bnao. Mujhe zada wait krna pasand nhi hai

He laughed on her cute antics and They moved towards kitchen and made coffee for themselves. 

Rey: Achha sun, kal Ganpati Visarjan hai. Tujhe ana hai okay?

Pranati: Reynash tumhein pta hai main nhi aa sakti.

Rey: Arre aise kaise nhi aa sakti, bilkul aa sakti hai, tujhe aana hi hai. Humne puja saath mein kri thi na toh Visarjan bhi saath mein hi kareinge. 

Pranati: Reyansh dadi...

Rey: Yaar hum hamesha dadi se darte thodi na raheinge. Tu aa rahi hai bas. Abhi main late ho raha hoon, Jugnu ki training ka time ho gaya. Bye.

Pranati: Per Reyansh meri baat toh suno....

Before she could say anything more, she saw Reyansh running out of her door. She was really sad that she was gonna disappoint him tomorrow

Episode 27

Rey: Jugnu feet ke side se kick krna hai, saamne se nhi. Chal firse try kr. 

Jugnu backed away from the football and then ran and kicked it correctly this time. Reyansh caught it with his hands.

Rey: good, form thheek krne mein thoda time lagega aur tere pairon mein jaan daalni padegi. Kick itni strong honi chahiye ki jab football catch kroon toh mere haathon mein dard ho jaaye.. 

Jugnu: Okay.

Rey: Main waise tere liye ek gift laya hoon, tere room mein hai

Jugnu: Sachi?

Rey: Haan. 

Jugnu excitedly ran inside upstairs. She saw a box wrapped up in a shimmery paper. She almost got a hold of it but Reyansh stopped her.

Rey(smiling sarcastically): Pehle hand wash

Jugnu made a face and walked to washroom. She nicely washed her hands and came to open her gift.

Jugs: Shoes!

Rey: Soccer Shoes. Specially football ke liye design krein hai. Kal se inhi shoes ke saath practice hogi. 

Jugs(Hugging him): Thankyou papa. Mujhe yeh nai maa ko dikhana hai. Aapne kaha tha ki hum kal school ke baad jayeinge per dadi toh kal keh rhi thi Visarjan hai, toh hum nhi ja paayeinge na.

Rey: Baat toh sahi hai, toh kya hua, hum Nai maa ko yahan bula leinge

Jugs: Sach mein, woh aayeingi?

Rey: Of course aayeingi, main hoon na, tu chinta mt kr. Abhi tera khana ready, neeche jaake kha le aur sunn, dadi ke saamne pranati ki koi baat nhi krni okay?

Jugs: Okay.

They both went down to eat. Everyone settled down.

Dadi: Haaye ghar mein shaanti dekh rahe ho? Yeh sab uss Panauti ke jaane ki wajah se, bade time baad aaj dhang se khana khaayeinge. 

Dadi was clearly drunk and happy while Reyansh was confused as to what to feel. Should he be angry on his dadi about the way she is talking about Pranati or to laugh on the fact that she is completely clueless about what is actually happening. Well he eventually decided to laugh but kept it lowkey.

Dadi: Reyansh puttar tune toh mujhe khush kr diya. Maine toh tujhe Jugnu ko pataane ke liye kaha tha, tune toh Pranati per hi Jadu kr diya. Tujhe meri taraf se 1 mahine ki chhuti. Ja trekking shrekking, zindagi ke mazze le. Oh Kesar, daaru khatam ho gai hai, mere kamre se aur la.

Nobody said a word on the dinning table that night. They just sat there eating while the head of the house was in her own world.

Rey: Pranati kahan hai tu, abhi tak nhi aayi, puja start hone wali hai.

Reyansh was on a call with love of his life who was not even using the word yes while he was getting really restless with every second. He was in a white kurta payjama with a orange turban on his head

Pranati: Reyansh please samajhne ki koshish kro, sab bigad jayegaa...

Rey: Yaar main hoon na tere saath, kuchh hoga toh main sambhal loonga

Pranati: Per kuchh hone hi kyun dena? Puja hai, aaj ke din kuchh bhi galat nhi hona chahiye.

Rey: Abhi toh sirf yeh galat ho raha ki tu yahan nhi aa rhi. Main tere bina yeh puja nhi kroonga.

Pranati: Reyansh please zid mt kro

Rey: tujhe nhi ana na, mt aa. Main tujhse baat hi nhi karoonga. Bye

He cut the call angrily and joined everyone.

Riya(handling him the puja plate): Li jiye Rey bhaiya, puja shuru ki jiye. 

Rey: Main kr leta Riya per Pranati nhi aa rhi aur uske bina....

Riya: Mujhe pta hai, Pranati didi ka message aaya tha mere paas. Unhone mujhe kaha ki main appko yeh bta doon ki woh hamesha aapke saath hai. Aur aap Jugnu ke saath puja kr lijiye, kyunki unka ek hissa hamesha unki beti mein rahega. Please kr lijiye na Rey bhaiya. Pranati di ko bohot achha lagega.

Rey smiled listening to Pranati's cute message. He slowly took the plate from Riya and called Jugnu. Jugnu was twinning her outfit with her dad. They both did the last puja of Lord Ganesha  together while Riya was filming everything for Pranati to see.

Rey: GANPATI BAPPA!

Everyone: MORYA!

Maan and Armaan placed the statue of the idol on the decorated cart. The dhols started bursting as everyone started dancing. There was a huge crowd on streets today. And the Khurrana family joined this crowd. As the rest of the family and friends were dancing together, Rey was just walking with sadness in his eyes. He was really missing Pranati a lot. 

"Aise muh latkake bappa ko vida kroge?" 

He looked up and then sideways to see Pranati in a magenta saree wrapped up in a Maharastrian style. She was wearing a big nose ring and waist band with her hair tied in a bun. She was looking absolutely gorgeous in her traditional look.

Rey: TU AA GAY?? 

Pranati: Ab tum baat nhi krne ki dhamkiyan doge toh aana hi padega na

Rey: Aur dadi?

Pranati: Unka dhayan maine rakh liya hai, 

She pointed towards dadi who was kept busy by Maan, Armaan and Riya. They were not letting her turn around to see Reyansh and Pranati. Pranati winked at Maan who replied with a thumbs up.

Rey: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes (He picked her up from her legs and rotated her around). I love you. 

Pranati: Reyansh kya kr rahe ho neeche utaro mujhe, sab log dekh rahein hain. 

Rey: I don't care, I love you. 

Pranati: Achha achha I love you too, ab neeche utaro mujhe.

He put her down carefully.

Maan(running to them) : Rey bhai aapka romance ho gaya toh Visarjan continue krien.

Rey: Abbe tu yahan hai toh dadi ko kaun sambhaal raha hai? 

Armaan: Dadi ne kaha ki unke ghutno mein dard ho raha tha toh woh driver ke saath ghar chali gayi. 

Pranati: Toh tum log yahan kya kr rahe ho, tumhe toh jaake unki help krni chahiye thi na?

Rey: Arre kuchh dard ward nhi hua hai dadi ko. Daaru piye hue aadha ghanta ho gaya bas.

Armaan: Exactly...

Pranati let out a small laugh. 

Maan: Chalo bhai

Reyansh slowly slipped his hands in Pranati's

Rey: Tu chal main aata hoon

Maan and Armaan gave each other a knowing look and went ahead and started dancing again. 

Pranati: Kya hua Reyansh, chalo na, mujhe Jugnu se milna hai.

Rey: Pranati I love you, and I know maine tujhse kaha tha ki main tera hamesha saath doonga. Per Jugnu ke maamle mein nhi de sakta(He dramatically left her hand)

Pranati(worriedly): Kyun kya hua Jugnu ko?

Rey(overdramatically): Kya hua??? Arre pta bhi hai kitni naraz hai woh tujhse. Maine usse bohot samjhaya ki Maa hai woh teri, teri khushi ke liye tujhe chhodke gayi per woh sunne ko taiyar hi nhi hai. 

Pranati got really worried while Rey was laughing inside.

Episode 28

Pranati was really worried for Jugnu. Her mother threw her out once too and that was the worst phase of her life and she did the same to her daughter. But she was in delusion that she loves her father more, but now she knew that she loves her mother equally. Maybe she should be happy about that fact but she was sad, cause she couldn't understand her own daughter's feelings and she claims to be good mother.

Pranati: Woh sach mein bohot naraz hai?

Rey: haan, usne kamre ka sara saman todd diya. Keh rhi thi main nai maa ko apni shakal kabhi nhi dikhaungi.

Pranati: Main usse mna loongi, kahan hai woh? 

Rey: Riya ke saath hogi, all the best!

Pranati worriedly went ahead to find Jugnu. It is shown that Rey finds Jugnu first and tells her that plan is in action. The whole time Pranati was trying to talk to Jugnu but she was not showing her face to her. With every second Pranati was getting sadder and sadder. Finally Pranati got a hold of her. She was facing her back towards pranati while Pranati sat down on her knees.

Pranati: Jugnu please mujhe maaf kr do. Maine jo bhi kiya tumhaare liye kiya. Mujhe nhi pta tha ki tum hurt ho jaogi. Tum na mujhe jo saza deni hai de do per aise gussa mt kro please.

Jugnu: Jo kahoongi woh karoge?

Pranati: Pakka

Jugnu: Toh pehle kaan pakadd ke uthhak baithhak kro. 

Pranati: Jugnu yahan?

Jugnu: Haan yahin. Maafi chahiye ya nhi?

Pranati: Achha achha krti hoon,

She started doing sit ups holding her ears in the middle of the street.

Jugnu: Ab ek haath sarr per rakho aur ek haath pet per.

Pranati does the same 

Jugnu: ab ek pair per khade ho jao

Pranati: Kr liya.

Jugnu: Ab ghoomte ghoomte sorry bolo.

Pranati started hopping on one feet and rotating. She kept saying sorry, looking like a complete joker. Suddenly she heard a bunch of laughters. She turned her head to see the rest of the family laughing at her. Jugnu broke her patience too and started laughing with them. Pranati got into a normal position embarrassingly. She saw Jugnu laughing finally showing her face and also started laughing with them. Jugnu gave her a tight hug.

Jugnu: Main aapse gussa nhi thi, per mujhe bohot bura laga jab aap mujhe chhodke chali gayi thi. Maine aapko bohot miss kra maa. Firse mt jana

Pranati: Kabhi nhi jaungi, I am sorry Jugnu

Jugnu: Koi baat nhi, Chalo ab dance krein.

She pulled her mother in front and started dancing. Everyone joined them and danced their hearts out. Pranati, Jugnu and Reyansh together did the Visarjan. 

Jugnu: Bohot maza aya, main toh agle saal ka wait nhi kr sakti.

Maan: Arre Jugnu tu Khurrana hai, tujhe party krne ke liye agle saal ka wait nhi krna padega.

Pranati: Tum sab na meri bachi ko bigaado mt.  

Jugnu(hugging her): Haan bigaado mt

Rey: Abe tune toh party badal li

Jugnu: Agar aapki party mein rahi na toh Nai maa fir chhodke chali jayengi 

Armaan(teasing): Aur aisa toh Rey bhai bilkul nhi chahte, haina Rey bhai.

Both reyansh and Pranati looked at each other and blushed. 

Pranati: Achha Jugnu main ab chalti hoon, kal main tumhe school se pick up kroongi okay?

Jugs: Haan, bye

She hugged her again and then left with Riya.

Armaan: Rey bhai chalein?

Maan: Rey bhai abhi thodi na aayeinge, subha se bhabhi ke wait kr rahein hain. Toh abhi long walk, alone time, romaa...

Rey: bilkul sahi, abhi teri biwi tujhe bhav nhi de rhi aur tujhmein propose krne ki himmat hi nhi hai toh tum log jealous hoge hi na. Chalo ab dafa ho

Armaan and Maan left embarrassing themselves. Reyansh held her hand and pulled her aside. 

Pranati: Reyansh tum yeh kya kr rahe ho?

Rey: Arre tune suna nhi Maan ne kya kaha. Long walk, alone time, romaa...

Pranati kept her hand on his shoulder and pushed him away.

Pranati: Pehle long walk kr lein? 

Rey: Okay.

She started walking ahead when Reyansh pulled a pin from her hair that opened her bun. Her straight hair fell perfectly on her shoulders. She turned around to look at Reyansh who was looking intently at her.

Rey: Perfect! 

Pranati looked down to hide her smile. She turned around and started walking again. Reyansh caught up to her and started walking beside her.

Pranati: Yeh mt samajhna ki main tumse gussa nhi hoon

Rey: Ab maine kya kr diya?

Pranati: Pehle itni zid kri mujhe bulaane ki aur fir Jugnu ko mere uper prank krne ka idea bhi de diya. Tumhe kya laga mujhe pta nhi chalega?

Rey: Actually mujhe pta tha ki tujhe samajh aa jayega. Tu mujhe aur Jugnu, dono ko bohot achhi tarah jaanti hai. 

Pranati(turning face away from him): hmm

Rey(Bumping his shoulder to hers): achha sorry...

Pranati: ek naya word seekh liya tumne aur tabse wahi bol rhe ho

Rey: Main isilye bolta hoon kyunki jab bhi tu mujhe maaf krti hai, hamesha woh Pranati special smile deti hai. Dekh dekh woh rhi..

He pointed at her face and she tried to control her smile but eventually gave in. 

Pranati: Reyansh tumne aaj zid kri toh main aa gayi per aisa harr baar nhi chalega. Woh toh aaj dadi chali gayi toh sab thhik se ho gaya. Waise Jugnu ne ek baar bhi mujhse ghar chalne ke liye nhi kaha. Tumne usse sab bta diya kya?

Rey: Maine usse kaha tha ki tujhe wapus laane mein thoda time lagega, baaki woh khud samajh gayi. Kafi intelligent hai hamari beti.

Pranati: Mujhper gayi hai na.

Rey: Sirf dimag tujhper gaya hai. Kabhi usse football khelte hue dekh. Bohot jaldi bohot kuchh seekh gayi. Aur pranks toh tune dekh hi liye.

Pranati: Haan haan dekh liye. Aur baaki sab kaisa hai ghar mein? 

Rey: Armaan ne Riya ko Navya ke baare mein bta diya, and obviously riya bohot hurt hui. Per usne uss baat ko Maan aur Navya ke beech mein nhi aane diya. Usne Maan ko permission de di.

Pranati: Main imagine bhi nhi kr sakti Riya ko kitna bura laga hoga

Rey: Galti meri hai yaar. I should have been a good example for my brothers. Armaan ne wahi toh kiya jo usne dekha. Aur tune toh aakhir tak koshish kri, per maine hi sab bigaad diya.

Pranati(like a kid): Yeh tum na apni galtiyan ginva ke bura banne ki koshish mt kro. Mujhe pta hai, tum sirf mujhe bacha rahe the. Agar meri wajah se shaadi tut jaati, toh dadi meri jaan le leti. Aur ek tarah se sahi bhi hua. Navya ko usse itna pyaar krne wala Maan mil gaya aur mujhe lagta hai Armaan bhi Riya ko like krne lag gaya hai.

Rey: Lagta toh mujhe bhi hai. Waise tu hamaare liye bohot lucky hai, Jab se tu aayi hai tabse hum Khurrana brothers ko commit krna seekh gaye

Pranati: thank you, per ab iss lucky charm ko jana padega, Maa wait kr rhin hogi. 

Rey: achha chal pehle ghar chalte hain, main wahan se apni gaadi pick up krke tujhe drop kr deta hoon. 

Pranati: Koi zaroorat nhi hai, main cab se aayi thi aur main cab se hi chali jaungi. Dadi ne dekha toh hum dono gaye. Tum ghar jao aur Jugnu ka khayal rakho.

Rey: Achha kamse kam cab toh main book kr sakta hoon na?

Pranati: Thhik hai.

Reyansh booked a cab for Pranati. The cab arrived and she said her bye before leaving.

Rey: Yeh dadi ki problem ka kuchh krna padega

Episode 29

2 days later...

Two pair of legs are seen walking down on grass. The mysterious person pulls up his black hoodie as he switched on his mobile flashlight. He carefully looked here and there and opened the nearest window. He stopped in the middle to stop the eerie sound that the window was making. He somehow managed to get through the little space and entered the room. His eyes fell on the figure that was peacefully sleeping on the bed. His steps slowly advanced towards the figure.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh"

He covered the mouth of the person. 

"Abe kya kr rhi, marwayegi kya?"

The intruder reveals his face to be Reyansh's. He looked like he was scared to death.

Pranati(switching on the lights): Reyansh tum yahan kya kr rahe ho.

Rey: Tujhse milne aya tha yaar. Aur tu toh aise behave kr rhi jaise main pehle kabhi khidki se kudke aya hi nhi.

Pranati: woh college ke din the Reyansh. Ab tum insaano ki tarah darwaze se aa sakte ho.

Rey: Agar main darwaze se aata toh tere mummy papa meri jaan le lete aur main tera surprise kharab nhi krna chahta tha

Pranati: Konsa surprise?

He smiled and took out a box from behind. He opened it to reveal a small cupcake with strawberry frosting and rainbow sprinkles.

Pranati: Tumhe yaad tha?

Rey: Of course, so 5 (took out a candle), 4 (placed it on the cupcake), 3 (lit it up) 2, (forwarded it to her) 1....

Pranati smiled and blew up the candle.

Rey: Happy birthday Pranati. 

Pranati: Thankyou. 

She took the cupcake from his hand and fed it to him. He did the same to her. 

Pranati: Tum uper aake baithh sakte ho.

Reyansh then realised that he was on the floor this whole time. He snickered and sat beside her on the bed. She slightly scooted towards him and hugged his arm. She placed her head on his shoulder.

Rey: Pta hai main hamesha tere liye cupcake hi kyun lata tha?

Pranati(sarcastically): Kyunki tumhe kisi ke liye bhi koi bhi effort daalne mein bohot problem hoti thi. 

Rey(laughing): Correct, per pta hai main aaj kyun laya?

Pranati: kyunki tum jaante the, ki mujhe hamesha bohot saare cakes aur gifts milte the, per tumhara cupcake lana mera favourite part tha. Tumhe pta hai kyun? 

Rey: Because that was something between us. Hum dono hamesha alag hi cheezein krte the na? Main tere birthday per cupcake laata tha aur tu mere birthday per..

Pranati: Boondi ke laddu. Jugnu ke birthday per koi teesri hi cheez sochni padegi. 

Rey: Miss kr rhi hai usse?

Pranati: Haan, per woh so rhi hogi na. 

Rey: hmm...but kal maine pura din plan kiya hua hai. Tu, main aur Jugnu, tera birthday saath mein mnaayeinge. Toh kal pura din free rakhio.

Pranati: Okay. Ab tum jao, Jugnu uthh gai aur tum uske saath nhi hue toh woh darr jayegi. 

Rey: Woh shaitan, jisne dadi ko dara ke rakha hua hai, woh darr jayegi?

Pranati: Phir bhi jao. Kal subha milte hain.

Rey: Mmmhh.....jaane ka mann nhi hai.

Pranati: Nhi hai? (He shook his head)  Mummy ko bulaaoon?

Rey: Nhi nhi nhi, jata hoon main .

He got up from the bed, hugged her and wished her again. He carefully jumped out of the window and started to leave when Pranati stopped him. 

Pranati: Reyansh suno

Rey: jaldi bol

Pranati: Paas aao, kuchh batana hai

He moved his ear closer to her. Pranati smiled and kissed on his cheek. Reyansh almost jumped in shock. 

Pranati: I love you. Bye

She suddenly closed her window. The corners of Reyansh's lips lifted up as he placed his hand on his right cheek where Pranati just kissed. It's weird how they are mature adults and parents of a 8 year old kid, but they still behave like hormonal teenagers. He slowly walked back to his car and drove to his home.

Jugs: Maa maa maa 

Next morning Jugnu started jumping on her mothers bed. Pranati woke up to too much noise. 

Jugs: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Pranati: Thank youuuu

They both hugged each other tightly. Pranati kissed her on forehead. Now Jugnu doesn't resist any kind love that is shown by her parents. She accepted both of them whole heartedly. She now knows the beauty of being loved and she trusts them enough to be vulnerable in front of them.

Pranati: Tum yahan kaise aayi?

Jugs: Maan chachu ne drop kiya. Aur papa ne strict instructions di hai ki aapko 10 baje ready rehna hai, hum sab bahar ja rahein hai.

Pranati: Mujhse zada toh tu mere birthday ke liye excited hai.

Jugs: Arre mujhe bhi dekhna hai log apne birthday per krte kya hai. Wahan anaath ashram mein toh kisi ko apna birthday pta hi nhi hota tha. Toh hum sabka birthday 1st January ko mnaate the aur uss din bas kaam se chhuti milti thi.

Pranati(felt bad but tried to cheer her up): Iss baar tujhe tera birthday bhi pta hai aur hum tera birthday bohot achhi tarah mnaayeinge. 

Jugs: Per abhi toh aapka birthday hai na. Jao jaldi se ready ho jao.

Pranati: Achha okay meri maa.

Pranati got up and moved towards bathroom. She took a refreshing bath and came out. She did a little puja and went to her parents. She took their blessings and sat on the breakfast table where Jugnu was already hogging on food.

Jugs: Nani khana bohot achha hai. Ek aur parathha do na.

Pranati: Maa 2 le aao iske liye, kam na padd jaye. 

She tickled Jugnu. Pranati and Jugnu had their breakfast together with their parents. 

Jugs: Maa hum late ho rahein hain.

PM: Kahan jaa rahe tum dono?

Pranati: Maa woh main aaj Jugnu ko ghumane le jaa rhi hoon jaise aap mujhe leke jaaya krte the.

PM: Yeh toh bohot achha idea hai. Jao jao, per ghar time per aa jana.

Pranati: Ok maa bye.

Both Jugnu and Pranati walked out to see Reyansh leaning on his car. Jugnu said that she left her shoes in Pranati's room so she left to grab it. Pranati walked to him and folded her hands.

Pranati: Jacket bohot achhi lag rhi hai...kisne select kri?

Rey: Thi koi pagal, college mein marti thi mere uper. Ek baar le gaya usse shopping krne, toh mere peechhe padd gayi ki usse mujhe issi jacket mein dekhna toh maine bhi haan keh diya. Just as a favour you know.

Pranati: favour huh? (she slapped his arm). Aur main tumhaare peeche padi thi? Maine sirf shelf se nikal kr di thi aur tumne bina try kre khareed li. 

Rey: Arre that's because I trust you yaar. Aur tujhe kitni baar main shopping leke gaya tha, tune na kabhi apne liye select kre, na mere liye. Pehli baar kuchh choose kra tha, toh maine zada socha hi nhi. 

Pranati: Kitne ghante lagaye isse dhoondne mein?

Rey: Actually maine sambhal ke rakhi thi. For special occasions

Jugnu came running behind them. 

Rey: Ready Ninja, chalein?

Jugnu excitedly said yes and sat on the back seat while Reyansh and Pranati took the front two. They put on their seat belts and drove off.
