While television stars are willing to compromise their fame on the idiot box for a chance on the big screen, Sharad Malhotra is prepared to wait.

The young talent is more than satisfied with the moolah and public attention he is recieving thanks to his fabulous portrayal as Sagar Pratap Singh (who has now reincarnated as Amar) in Zee's daily hit show Banoo Mein Teri Dulhann. Sharad adds "I am recognised wherever I go, people want to touch me to see if I am real. Why would I want to leave this for something which does not guarantee the same response?". Rightly said- but are there no plans to join Bollywood? "Never say never but at this moment, I am happy and content"

What about on the personal front, anyone special in his life? With a blushing smile he says "My fans are the special people in my life (pauses) on a serious note, there is someone but as of now I would not like to say anything further on this topic". Just when we were about to prude further in to finding about this mystery girl, the answer came walking through the door herself. They had to get back to their shot...right Divyanka?

I was waiting for an oldie to read it, just to find out if they fell this time too. 😛 I had more time to prepare for last years one. Mwahaha but I'm glad at least some of you fell for it.
