LOL, Shravan worked his butt off to cajole Kancha-cheena & assure her of his love for Suman. LOL, she only cared because Suman was involved with him. Fir MBA karne ka kya faida? Ek taraf delusional doctor and dusri taraf matlabi MBA grad?
Also, did Suman really have to rant about him as her patient? LOL, it is showing her chagrin too much.
