Have a fool proof idea today?

I simply cannot forget the time when I called up my three of my best friends to announce that I had decided to get married. I told them to reach the Bandra registrar's office because I needed witnesses for my marriage and that it was a 'do or die' situation for me. All three immediately reached there. When they didn't find me there at the appointed hour, they called me up. I simply told them to go meet the lawyer and ask him what the day was. That's when they realised that they had been fooled. Two of them took it lightly but my third friend took great offence because he had left some urgent work at hand to come to the registrar.
