Didn't expect women to do the same whataboutery that men do when questioned about women issues but here we are.

It doesn't matter here if in real world women face much more objectification than men. Here in this movie, it was the men who got objectified. So instead of crying your own dukhda about how you poor women get objectified, speak on the objectification of men which was the topic of this thread, whether you agree or disagree with it.

How would you feel if you go and cry to a guy about your gender issues and he starts crying about his own dukhda to kind of justify the atrocities happening to you? You won't feel good na? Then don't do that to the other gender as well.

Both sexes face problems in life only because of their sex. Women much more than men, but that doesn't mean men always have to shut up about their issues because women have bigger issues. Aise toh there are much bigger issues than misogyny too like say, global warming !!!

I am familiar with the bus analogy “Men are like buses, if you wait long enough, another one will come along”

Never heard of this chair analogy before

Hope there’s no innuendo there... Comparing them to a thing where you park your caboose on along with the nether regions?

His point was that when somebody puts so much time and energy to buy a chair, why do they feel bad when they have to date many people in order to find the one

He didn't compare men with chair

😆 You didn't get the reaction you wanted, so you're trying hard. Fact is it's not going to matter because men don't face an iota of problems women do. Feel free to continue crying, though.

Crying, trying hard, laughing emoji. All these words indicate lack of an argument.

"Ek Kursi choose Karne se pahle ham itni sari kursiyan dekhte hai, to ek LIFE PARTNER choose karne se pahle HAMEIN options nahi dekhne chahiye kya?"

Life partner is a gender neutral word

He included himself as someone who spends good time to select a Chair, and he is most definitely a man and into women

Had to watch the video to remember the context!! Oh my goodness. The world is hunky dory when men have can multiple relationships to choose the right women but alas, the other way around gets the name calling. Rightly pointed out by Alia in the movie for the sl*t shamming for moving on from one man to another. The chair analogy was not common for gender and applied to both the patient and the therapist

I believe one shouldn't let the world come between you and your future, Let them say whatever they want to, they won't come to help someone when she is going through domestic violence or has nothing to eat

Yup

The analogy was gender neutral
