The Supreme Court today dismissed the plea of Bollywood actor Salman Khan to direct a trial court to hold in-camera proceedings concerning a key witness in a hit and run case involving him in which one person had been killed.
The order to this effect was passed by a bench comprising Justice Ashok Bhan and Justice Altamas Kabir on Khan's petition seeking the in-camera trial proceedings of Ravindra Patil, a Mumbai Police constable, who is a key witness in the case.
