He had to as he was pretty new in comparison to the other two and besides Vansh's character is the central one. He is the one around whom the whole story is woven. So they needed to be sure. And Rrahul really killed it.

I am finding Riddhima Cringe worthy lately, Riansh relationship was developing slowly but last 2-3 episodes are so poorly executed & edited.. Vansh has become complete stupid like why didnt he ask about deleted video & than left for dubai & Riddhima feeling guilty & sad.. plus they could have made anupriya & Kabir scenes.. maybe some other way AP scarring her & Kabir threating her etc
