Karena annoys me too much i wish there's a track in which some harm happens to her own daughter or much like who her fiance i don't remember his name right now but how he has dominated her in previous old episodes should become a track and i wish she also accepts Preeta in some way in that track

This makes sense, but think of it terms of the plot and also for in terms of the makers main purpose which is to elongage the show without actually hindering any significant plot point aka dragging. Prithvi and/Pawan planning to kill Karan does not need them to be make Karan and Preeta married again. Mahira has already planned to kill Preeta and Karan saw the evidence with his own eyes, even that does not need Karan Preeta to be married again. BUT, BUT, BUT for dragging purposes it could happen, HOWEVER, I don't think it would happen. 😃
