Disha > Sara > Ananya > Janhvi.
I haven't even watched any of Disha's movies (haven't seen any of the Baaghi series, Malang or Dhoni), but let's face it, (especially as a guy) Disha is the hottest of the 4 - her 'Do U Love Me' and CK ads are testament to her target audience. Acting skills aren't great - bit wooden and expressionless - but like someone else mentioned, she could be the next Katrina if she pulls off the the right moves.
Sara started out well enough, but having seen LAK, she needs to work on her acting, especially emotional scenes. She is too OTT in them and needs to calm down on the hand gestures and learn how to convey emotions through eyes and dialogue delivery, like her mother does so well. I think she is trying out the Lolo/Karisma career path right now with the commercial potboilers and songs route but Lolo could at least dance lol... she could go the Parineeti/Sonakshi way by starting off with a bang but fizzling out if she doesn't work on her weaknesses.
Ananya's screen presence is actually not bad at all, her acting is a bit wooden but she has potential. I thought she outshone Tara in SOTY2 (although her character was better written) and stood her own in PPAW. Khaali Peeli isn't playing to her strengths with the dancing etc but maybe she has better work in store.
Janhvi.. hmm.. I think she actually not bad, but I just remember cringing at her acting in Dhadak, esp cuz Ishaan was trying much harder than her. I haven't watched Gunjan Saxena so don't know if she's improved really but her first film didn't really impress. Let's see how she performs.
Otherwise, I think Radhika Madan and Alaya F are good bets out of the newcomer girls. Alaya was very good - natural in fact - in Jawaani Jaaneman, and Radhika was quite good in Angrezi Medium.
