Guys I don't think rhea will donate her blood to prachi, because remember the bts we got on insta sarita, aryan and ranbir's back were shown and they were in hospital and sad BG song was playing and we haven't gotten that scene yet.

S o chances are rhea didn't give blood and Prachi is critical that's why sarita ya fir shahana call the 3 of them immdediatly.

That's the best conclusion I can come up with, because even rhea said in promo that she made the plan and prachi won't survive.
