u can UPLOAD a video only if u are a MEMBER but anyone can VIEW a video no matter what...u should be able to see the video even if ur not a member...being a member only lets u comment on videos and put ur own videos up..not being a member shouldnt stop u from watching a video...do try again....😊

oky but hun now i m a member i have made my account on youtube 😊 nd i trieddd a lottt to uploadd but it iz taking a lottt of tymmm but i qill see it by hook or crook😆 😆 😉 😉
