Anyways seeing how this show was promoted on a big scale , i kinda knew it won't work for a long time because sometimes too much of a promotion kills the show with huge expectations and same thing happened with this show..

In a word SP pak chukee hain . and goodbye bol dia .. even they dint give budget for costume ..ek costume se 2 hapta bita dia.. pre jo costume last week pehene hain usko leke end karegi .. matlab itna budget cute 😆 , also pre ka koi shadi wala BTS publish nehi hua . .that means leads kay shadi karane wala scene pe bhi channel kharcha nehi kia .. kaise bhi karke bye bol dia.. it is clean and clear how much channel N PH are trying to pihca chutaou from this show. atleast ek grand end toh deserve karte the na

Sp could have given extension to this show so that show would be wrapped up properly but they chose not to give extension and end it asap 😆

Yup after the overnite tracks being abandoned the show was gasping for breath anywaz..we saw Viraj coming in and desperate Onu getting preggie prerna married to him and that dumb memory loss track which wen he got back jus got worse ..he chucked her off the bridge into deep sea...omg it gives me da shivers to even think wat crap was being served...and for all those wonders reunion is being hailed...bawaaah 🤣

I have read the entire article and no where it mentions it is flop.

What she surely said is:

“It’s not necessary that what worked 20 years ago, will receive similar attention and fame today. Back then, the audiences were different, but viewers have evolved over the years. Similarly, the script and content of daily soaps have evolved and there’s no set formula that works every time.”

At best we can say compared to 7 years run it rans for almost 2 years. This is no ways even makes sense to conclude that this season is flop.

everyone has their own way to find out the meaning .. The orange part has clearly mentioned This season unable to grab same level of attention and fame like OG.. and everyone know this - yeah show 2 sal tak chalai nehi , abrupt and horrible end before slot period .. jis amount pe kharcha kia ekta iss show kay pichee .. kabhi PR stunt , kabhi statue , kabhi SRK and what not .. but yeah show 2020 bhi pura nehi kar paya .. so for me it is massive flop which is clearly indicated by eri . so it is upto us how we will take the hidden meaning .. jaruri nehi hain sabke opinion same ho . thx .

Remaining completely neutral, i think Erica meant the CONCEPT of the show & not any SPECIFIC TRACK because let's be honest, none of the tracks were great 🙄 at the end of the day it boils down to the story...or lack off it 🙄 the CV's didn't have a proper storyline in mind, hence why they repeated & rinsed all the tracks in a never-ending cycle

AnuPre/PreRish nothing would have worked for long without a good storyline to sustain it & KZK lacked that, big time! it's hard to say with any certainty what couple was more popular with the audience because neither was shown without a 3rd wheel being involved 🙄 so neither can claim victory/defeat 😒. certain things have been outside their control such as covid, lockdown & replacements etc that further hampered the show, but it's the sheer lack of writing, good characterisation & plot that contributed to the downfall of it. there's only so many times you can watch the same negativity over & over again 🤪

Only the likes of KSG, KP, Hina, and Aamna delivered within the restricted space they were provided. Though the latter got a lot of scope.

I refrain myself from reading or posting on such polarizing posts. The bold parts however reflect my thoughts exactly. Any show big or small, even if you rope in SRK or Salman will FAIL massively with such non-existing writing.

Audience preference has obviously changed, but they still like to see a somewhat cohesive narrative.

Lastly, all actors say what is convenient for them, need not be the gospel truth. Taking it with a pinch of salt helps preserve your own sanity.

I think if you show them good thing they will accept it even today. Think about it, if they had shown things like a man raising a child, a woman having a real career and is in demand for that and both men love her for what she is professionally 😎, a man who had changed his core self for the love of his life, a woman coming out of a toxic love, friendzoning the ex for life and moving on with her companion and possibly the beat husband she could get. Heck those beautiful scenes of AP their love confession or sitting beside each other watching sunset beside the sea, without any dialog. I dont think audience's taste has changed that drastically to reject all this. They had accepted back then, they would have accepted today.

Rather they had shown unrealistic things like mandap catching fire, hero's superman jump and lead female agreeing to marry another guy double her age and a creepy one too, at the drop of hat. The show made me feel sick at my stomach since then. And to think that track is hailed as the best one for this show, shows the standard of it.

Give the audience a decent theme and wrap it up with masala or high voltage drama, it works. Give audience a rotten juice with a fancy straw, of course it will fail. 😵

I wish the actors called it quits long back confronting on the storyline.
