I do not know about others but for me this guy is beyond annoying. I seriously cannot stand him anymore. He is such a selfish man - in spite of being informed that his daughter has gone for some presentation, he kept calling her as if he is dying. Not caring or being understanding about Guneet's feelings AGAIN!

If the story line is changed due to the recent COVID outbreaks in the set, they should have gone about in a different way rather than make the viewers dislike a character to such an extent that they start skipping the scenes - this means almost the whole episode!!!

Forget Guneet, does he really care for his daughter or only “need” her???

What a sickening voice msg! Which dad will do this knowingly? He is not dying, just having an anxiety attack! Usually parents hide their troubles from their kids so that the kids are not affected or held back. How can Niya not see that her dad is soooo selfish?

This is not because of Covid. This part is shot even before Rajeshwari tested positive.

. Exactly I hv also felt 4m day 1 tat Amber is highly selfish. Niya has changed her entire life according 2 him bt till date hv never seen him sacrifice 4 her nd now l bet Guneet will suffer 2. Matlab he claims 2 luv her nd can't tolerate a little shor sharaba 4 her happiness.

Guys sometimes it's happens, jab kafi saalo se shor sharabe se dur rahne se insan kae baar Amber jaisa behave kar jata hai

For my own example I was very talkative like very very talkative but suddenly life changed and now last 4-5 years no noise in my home Few days back my friend came with her full family (without informing) her kids are so noisy 😕 after 1 hours I had migraine attack 😭 and I decided stay alone is better than go socializing

At that age, people can't change unfortunately.

I think Niya and Guneet should have thought about his temperament before planning such noisy and elaborate functions.

Not blaming them, just trying to be realistic. I know it's Guneet's first wedding, but it's not sensible to expect old men to change. They simply won't.

It is neither Amber's fault nor Guneet's nor Niya's. The main problem in this situation is the nosy relatives. It is one thing to care and want good for someone and it is totally a different thing to interfere in someone's personal life. What Jhanvi said was a reasonable thing. That they should talk about it and make a decision. But the way these relatives are behaving one bound to feel suffocated.

You can't change relatives wedding or no wedding they will always be as they are. If Amber can't change because he is 50yrs old then even Guneet can't change. Both are the way they are. They need to compromise but for that Amber has to speak because Guneet was clear in what she wants and she is not a mind reader that she would understand want Amber wants. He does not want to talk about what he wants, he can talk about how his first wedding was done. If Amber can't grow a pair and speak then he doesn't have the right to complain and has to endure everything that is happening.

He was unsure about this wedding from the start, he was even hesitating in proposing to Guneet. He's had numerous outbreaks prior to this function as well. From that, Guneet and especially Nia (who knows about her father's nature) should know that he wouldn't be comfortable with all this. It's not rocket science to figure that out.

Hiding things and not being able to communicate his feelings is part of his character. And yeah it is a flaw. I'm not justifying that. I'm just saying that there's no reason for Guneet and especially Nia not to know how we would feel about all this.

I'm sure if Guneet and Nia arranged these functions without including Amber, he wouldn't have minded. It's his wedding, yeah. But sometimes it's wise not to push some people beyond their limitations. Especially weak-minded people like Amber.
