Part 24
Raman went out and announced about their trip , he told his parents too to join them ,as he cannot take care of two kids alone . Senior bhallas asked about ishita , he heavy heartedly announced that she is not going with them as per adi's condition, everyone's face fell listening to this. Mr bhalla walked towards Raman and said
" how can you do this to her Raman ,you had promised somany things to her mother . "
R- wo mujhe pata hai papa but what should I do ,I m stuck between her and adi . Main aisa karna to nahi chahta but she herself is insisting .
Mr bhalla - wo to bolegi hi but you should think about it .
R- to aap hi baat kar lo usse papa ,because I can't win over her,wo aapko aise convince karegi ki you can't deny her .
Mr bhalla smiled and said - ok as you say ,I will try to talk to her ,waise you are going good ,no husband can win over their wife.
Raman blushed a little and said " to aap hi ja kar apni ladli bahu ko samjha lo ."
Mr bhalla - okay I will talk to her .
Raman nodded and went to get ready for his office . Mr bhalla then talked to ishita but she was firm in her decision ,she told that she is not feeling hurt , though she wanted to go but told that she is ok .
Soon the weekend arrived, all preparations was done . Raman and adi were keeping the luggage in car while ishita was making ruhi ready . She was braiding ruhi's hair and ruhi was all grumpy . Ishita smiled looking to her ,she pulled her both cheeks and spoke " mujhe golguppe khaane ka bahut mann kar raha hai , inko oha loon kya ."
Ru- (grumpily)- wo koi golgappe nahi mere gaal hain .
I- itna gussa kyun chotu .
Ru- kyunki aap hamare saath nahi aa rahe ho .
I- maine kaha na babu ,I m busy . My boss has gone out of town and I had to treat his patients too . Tum jyada dikhi mat ho ,abhi nahi to agli baar chalenge hum .ok.
Ru- aap jhooth bol rahe ho na . Kyunki aadi bhaiya ne bola isiliye aap nahi aa rahe ho na .
I- arey nahi bachcha aisi koi baat nahi hai ,main sach mein busy hoon. Lo main phone laga deti hoon you talk to my seniot if you don't trust me .
Ruhi make a sorry face and said " achcha agar aapka kaam jaldi khatam ho jaayega to aa jaaoge ."
I- umm okay ,if you want me to join ,I will come .
Ru- promise .
I- promise to nahi kar sakti but will try . Now go nahi to wo log tumhe chod kar chale jaayenge .
Ru- okay main jaati hoon .
Saying so ruhi ran out after giving a tight hug to ishita . After ruhi left ,ishita looked at the door thinking that Raman will also come to say bye to her. She waited for long but ge didn't showed up , ishita then spoke to herself " main bhi na kitni pagal hoon , he was with adi ,may be he couldn't got chance to come ."
Ishita consoled herself though she was bit hurt that she had given them permission to go without her and Raman didn't even come to bid bye to her . Her eyes got moist thinking this ,she wiped the unshed tears immediately but they came again ,she wiped again and her eyes got wet again . Knowing that now she couldn't stop her tears she turned towards the window and started crying silently. She was sobbing when she felt an arm around her ,she didn't have to look at the person to recognise as ahe knew its Raman only. He pulled her to him and rested her head on his chest , ishita couldn't hold any more and cried bitterly like a kid while Raman just let her cry for a while . After crying her heart she looked at him then downcasted her eyes and said " Raman aap gaye nahi ab tak ."
R- nahi , now pack your bags and come with us .
I- no , you know I can't.
R- then I m also not going .
I- adi ko bura lagega Raman .
R- I will manage ,bachcha hai samajh jaayega .
I- no Raman thats not good , aisa karne se wo humse aur door ho jaayega .
R- I don't care ,didn't I told you that you both are important to me , i can't leave one for another .Na adi ke liye tumhe na yumhare liye adi ko.
I- ye baat to main samajhti hoon na Raman lekin adi nahi .
R- he had to understand.
I- Ramann you must be getting late ,aap jaao main theek hoon .
R- no you are not,maine tumhe rote huye dekha hai.
I- haan to meri family picnic pe ja rahi hai wo bhi mere bina ,to kya main dukhi bhi nahi ho sakti but believe me I m ok . Aap log jaao .
R - no you pack .
I- Raman please ,not again ,end tge argument and ho . Main theek hoon waise bhi main yahaan nahi rahoongi I m going to amma's house ,akka bhi aa rahi hai . We sisters will have nice time after so long.
R- you sure .
I- 100 % ,ab aap jaao .
She said almost pushing him outside . He turned to go but then again turned and pulled her into him , hugged her tighyly and spoke " kam se kam good bye hug to do ."
Ishita smiled listening to him and hugged him back . They remain in same position for sometimes then Raman left ,after giving a lot of instructions to ishita . She ran to balcony to bid bye to them , she saw Raman settling in car while ruhi was looking at the balcony ,she got happy witnessing ishita and waved her hand for ishita . Ishita too did same and soon they drove away . Ishita's smile faded ,she went into the room and sat silently for sometimes then decided that she shouldn't do this either ruhi and Raman will not be able to enjoy. Thinking so she got ready and went to her clinic .
On the other hand bhalla's reach the farm house after an hour drive . As Raman has already informed ,the care taker has done all the necessary preparations. Everybody went to their respective rooms and freshened up ,then had their breakfast . The farm house was big ,besides the main house it has a big lawn , swimming pool ,and a very lovely garden . Senior bhalla's chose to have a small walk, adi wanted to do swimming while Ruman were wondering that it would had been more lovely if ishita had also come . Raman smiled with a thought of sitting with ishita on the pool side chair and watching kids playing in the pool ,sipping their drinks . He was smiling when adi called them ," papa ,ruhi aao na bahut mazaa aayega ."
Raman settled in the chair and said " no adi , mera man nahi hai , ruhi you go and play with bhaiya ."
Ruhi atfirst was bit reluctant but then went to play with adi . Both the kids got busy in playing , ruhi atfirst was sad but once she went in water ,she started enjoying . The kids played in the pool for sometimes then went to have some drinks . Both settled in the edge of pool ,still hanging their legs in pool when the help came and gave their juices to them . They started sipping their juice when adi asked "mazaa aa raha hai na ruhi ."
Ru- haan mazaa to aa raha hai lekin, ishita mumma hoti to aur bhi mazaa aata .
Adi - tu buddhu hai , wo nahi hai tabhi to jyada mazaa aa raha hai . Bekaar mein wo rahti aur use dekh kar mera mood kharab ho jaata hai .
Ru- bhaiya wo meri mumma hai and I can't listen any bad about her .
Adi- tu pagal hai ,ruhi you need to understand she is papa's second wife and your step mother .Aur tujhe pata hai na step mothers kabhi achchi nahi hoti..
Ru- no bhaiya , wo papa ki second wife ho sakti hai but meri to first mumms hai kyunki shagun mumma ne mujhe birth zaroor diya but she never wanted me and also left me when I was very small.
Adi - kuch bhi ho mumma ne kuch bhi kiya ho but she was our real mom and ishita is our step mom and step moms are never good.
Ru- nahi meri ishita mumma bahut achchi hain ,she loves me a lot .
Adi -aisa kuch nahi hai,ye sab ek dikhaawa, papa ko impress karne ke liye she is just pretending to be good . Jaise hi unka baby hoga ,wo bhi un bad step mothers ki tarah ho jaayegi .
Ru- aisa kuch bhi nahi hai aur agar aap unke baare mein aise bura bologe to main aapse baat nahi karoongi . Aapko Shagun mumma achchi lagti hai kyunki unhone aapko nahi mujhe choda tha aur mumma nahi rahne ka dukh sirf mujhe pata hai.jab mumma papa koi nahi the tab ishita mumma mere paas thi .She loved me anx took care of me like my real mother ,jo pyaar aur care mujhe na shagun mumma na papa se mila wo mujhe ushita mumma se mila . You know bhiya you were lucky that you go shagun mumma's love when you were with her and now you are getting papa's attention when you are with us but mere saath aisa nahi tha . Shagun mumma to mujhe chod hi chuki thi aur papa bhi mumbai mein rahte the ,he don't ever talk to me over phone . Main ekdum akeli thi that time I met ishita mumma and she was with me .
Adi made a irritated face listening to this but ruhi continued " aapko pata hai , shagun mumma ki death se pahle hi papa, ishita mumma se shaadi karne ja rahe the ,that too only for me . Wo dono to hamesha ladte rahte the but they agreed to marry just to get my custody . Ab socho wo mujhse kitna pyaar karti hain . You know buaiya aapko meri baatein bakwaas lag rahin hongi but aap slowly slowly meri baat samjhoge as now shagun mumma is not there with us .Ab aapko dheere dheere pata chalegs ki mumma nahi thi to main kaisa feel karti thi and why I love ishita mumma somuch than any one else .
Saying so she got up and went to Raman who was doing something in his phone .
