I don’t think Meenu actually gave the property papers to Mishti. Just after Mishbir wedding Meenu was doing this whole drama of accepting Mishti wholeheartedly which was as fake as her smile. But they did show Meenu discussing her “gift” with Naanu and the document read something about property transfer to Mrs. Mishti Rajvansh
