Who are we to say what they should or should not do. They are pressurized to follow the beauty norm.

but why Slavic? the mum called Alia Slavic beauty apparently LOL.. Germans are not Slavic..

Exactly. I mean, most Germans seem cool now, but for decades their mission was to eliminate the "impure" Slavic race while, ironically, using the word "Aryan" to define their supposed racial superiority.
