I’m from Canada, it’s not a crime here. But it apparently is in India so that means Sushant was also involved in illegal activities.

People don’t even accept that Sushant could have been doing weed out of his own choice. The comments on the video of Sushant smoking marijuana are hilarious. in this zee video, you have ssr, rhea, sidhart pittani, and ssr's friend Samuel Haokip (jamlenpao on instagram) are all smoking weed and jamming.

Samuel is very friendly with rhea, he was liking her posts till recently.

and rhea mentioned the Thailand trip, then Samuel came out with the allegation that Sara was dating sushant, they've been trying to get Sara involved into this for a while, I don't know why, but anything they say, I don't believe them.

and even if she has smoked a joint or two, she much have realized rhea was bad news so after hanging out for a few times, she stopped, so nothing criminal about that.

what a shame they're trying to destroy so many lives.

Going off so many posts I'm seeing here the past few days, I think it's illegal to both possess and use even weed in India, forget cocaine or ecstasy.
