I think makers have special preference for this character which is un-understandable by the viewers( well few, like us)

Yeah...this factor is irritating me the most that taking bon for granted..! He never fulfilled his promise he made to her..and still expecting from a kid to understand his view..but him being reluctant to her is pissing me off..!
