Just because people around you don't use it doesn't mean the rest of the country is the same. Punjab has been struggling with drug problem since ages. Even today they haven't been able to solve it with cases rising every year. Same with several places in many cities in the country where drug is consumed but no one bats an eyelid.

Also fosla is talking about weed and joint that is very common and popular in every metropolitan city among common people and not just the posh and rich and bollywood. Every city has known pockets where these are secretly sold yet no one takes an action. Smoking weed and joints was and is still very common in almost every hostel in the country esp the popular ones. People talk about JNU because of it's leftist ideology but just go to the terrace of any college hostel after midnight and see people hanging around smoking joint and other stuff. All these are not just reserved for the rich and famous. This is easily affordable and consumed by common people too in the country.

And so seriously.. I have never ever seen Or met anyone consuming this stuff.. Not even youngsters.. And I used to work extensively with them.

You do know bhang is sold in government-licensed stores? That's weed milkshake. One glass is more potent than entire bottle of single malt.

You do know that the sadhus smoke up during Kumbh mela?

Marijuana is not an elite drug in India.

I couldn’t believe who was doing the pol khol. This is the same man who got butt hurt because Vajpayee ji didn’t take him into his cabinet and voted against him making the government crumble within 13 days or something hurting the entire country in the process.
