Not impossible but very difficult to do unless one is cast away on an island in utter isolation for 5 years like Tom Hanks was in the movie . In fact watching that movie was an experience - no bg music, only one actor for 80 min, very limited dialogue for 40 min to wilson the volleyball.
I think spiritual loneliness is worse than physical loneliness.

letting go of things is not a problem for me...was never a problem for me. have hit rock bottom in life and then come up. so really not very attached to materialistic things. enjoy them but won't miss them if i don't have them tw.
what gets me totally scared to death is the mere thought of losing my loved ones....my parents....my daughters....that totally freaks me out. it's very hard to let go of that fear and i doubt i'll ever be able to do that.
lighty, liked ur line about physical/spiritual lonliness😊
Thanks G. See a lot of loneliness in older people living desolate lives, practically everythign they lived for in younger days has been reduced or dissapeared, health, social life, meetings with children reduced to maybe once or twice a year.
No need any training...Life is a learning......so.. train karne ke liye waqt nahe milta....😳😉

I agree with your views here. I feared/scared about the loss of my loved ones, including my friends. I am already suffering the loss of my father who was my strength.

No need to train, but can adjust to the situation, it is human nature and ability, most of us can do it with out formal training or education. But when heard about an acceident that killed most of the members in a family I wonder how the remaining members could survive and adjust to the situation and about the agony they are going through. I don't like to survive in such a condition.

I agree with you, but here it is physical loneliness not spiritual loneliness.
