KJo's insta post about Sushant moved me. He genuinely felt bad. Also he did mention about past one and how he should have tried contacting him tells industry knew about Sushant's condition and he was feeling low for past one year.

I thought it was genuine as well. I don't know if he knew about SSRs but KJo came out about his own two year bout with depression and anxiety a few years ago so he probably identified with it.

The only sympathy Karan Johar gets from me is in terms of his sexuality. He hears barbs on it everyday in every single talk show and seems to thrive on it too. 😆 But it must chip away at his self-esteem and sense of self when is alone at night. He continues to skirt around it, engage in perverted gay jokes and double entendres on his sexuality. It's gotten really old now but he still can't come out of the closet for the rest of the world to accept him for what he really is.

Apart from that, he is an elitist and not beyond sticking his nose up and looking down on others himself. SSR's death undoubtedly subjected him to a can of worms but people are misguided if they think KJo is being bashed BECAUSE of SSR. People have been put off for quite some time and the resentment was building up, irrespective of what happened to SSR. His death started the conversation but it's no longer because of SSR anymore.

FYI. Calling Roman Polanski a great filmmaker is not the same as denying his child sexual abuse history.

Calling KJo a loyal friend and a decent and protective producer toward the young actors he mentors is not the same as denying his elitism.

Hardly a reason to resort to name-calling.

Sounds like a nice guy, do you have his number? I would want his loyal friendship. Not being #metoo accused is a huge plus because everyone around me is one right now. Althoug I admit that could be because I live in a jail.

Showing some decency when everyone around is openly exploiting is not virtue, but it is at least good for those who are fortunate enough to work for him.

Also, if he is out, the ones remaining are vultures.

#shrugs. I guess BW fans will see what the place is like without him. My bet is that it will be a lot worse.

True....I bash Kangna for her vitriol but at the same time I always say that she is an excellent actress...probably the best talent currently.....and I would still watch a good movie from her.,

I made a post appreciating the good side of KJo. Never mentioned The One Who Shall Not Be Named (TOWSNBN) in my first post. Somehow, it triggered some people enough.

Isn't this exactly what TOWSNBN does? Attack my enemy or I'll attack you?

Anyway, I think I'm done responding to posts from said person. Sometimes, hatred blinds some people so much that they can't see any good.
