@bold: I agree that dreadful day Abir broke the rishta, broke her heart, broke her self confidence and broke her completely. With no proper reason, her entire future with Abir was shattered and robbed😭 Abir had no idea how much Mishti went through and how deep her wounds were exposed again.
I accept that Abir did a grave mistake. And we indeed witnessed the suffering he went through as well. And then again we saw him beg and apologise at the hope of getting Mishti back in his life.
Mishti's self confidence can only be held up, IF she ultimately chooses to rise above all her insecurities. Ofcourse I know it's even 100x harder when you have people around you constantly putting you down and reminding you of your past/worth. But like Abir says, 'there is only so much a rock can withstand the blow against a wall, ultimately will break too' and that's exactly what Mishti is facing. In order for her to get to THAT state of mind to even have the strength to overcome/grow out of it all, Abir plays an important part. BUT I still believe it is ultimately Mishti's own choice. That mental choice she makes to be strong (Whether it be to fight back or ignore the negativity) is not possible just with Abir's 'promises' and love to make her ziddi etc. It 's mishti herself who needs to get out of that headspace, Abir can only guide her, mentor her and support her which he does a fantastic job of. And that's why she needs to accept Abir's long-time request to leave RV house, get away from the negativity, she needs to move on from that tag of 'home-breaker' that constant need to satisfy everyone or fulfil everyone's expectations, and learn to live for herself, for her own sanity and for her future with Abir.
Mishti’s self confidence broke that day and ever since then never had the chance to mend. Abir again repeatedly rejected her even after she returned and kept on trying to get him back. Such repeated blows to one’s faith in love destroys a person from inside.
On top of that BP insisted she should marry Nannu and Mishti had to accept as Abir showed no interest in reciprocating her feelings but insulted and pushed her away. So she surrendered to BP’s wishes and probably would have married Nannu if not for Abir’s accident and her ESP. After marrying Abir again he rebuked her for fighting with Kuhu, Kuhu made Mishti feel like an outsider in RJV, Meenu played her tricks to create MishKu fights and Abir again blamed Mishti and expected her to resolve it!
Then the worst part, he left her alone at the resort, she got molested, then 3 months of trauma, PTSD, fear, guilt! Then murder case gets solved, within a few days the magazine fiasco, Kuhu curses her unjustly but Mishti has to apologize in the end though it wasn’t her fault, after she’s bombarded from all sides, even by Abir and BP! And now the biggest blow, that she cannot give a child to Abir!
Too many horrible experiences, too many insults and blows to her self respect! I don’t think any person would be strong to withstand such constant blows and regain self confidence when there’s no respite from the vagaries of misfortune and other’s villainy.
Now given her background of being abandoned by her parents, whatever confidence and pride she cultivated under BP BM’s care has disappeared into the dark corridors of RJV house. Mishti is a broken shell of her former self, Angry Chorni is gone!
PS: Mishti cannot leave RJV as she doesn’t want the home breaker tag and also she knows Abir loves Kunal and his family too much and won’t be completely happy living away from them.
