arre Riya, I know we all felt our heart-strings being pulled by Meenu's motherly touch to Abir and Misthi ever since she supported mishbir at the end of Varun track.

But haan like Guruji says, she knows saasuma the best😎 There is no way Meenu could flip to become so nice so quickly. Anyway much of the audience couldn't handle all the diabetes😆 and some were super mad at the makers for whitewashing🤣

First one was spontaneous, This one is a well thought plan, if Meenu wanted Abir's 2nd marriage or surrogacy, she would have planned behind everyone's back, not being bad in everyone's eyes

She went to Maheshwari House, Now openly pushing away Abir, Kunal, Parul away from her, showing how bad she is, it's not Meenu

I know and understand, that watching these kinds of episodes with so many regressive, hatred-spilling and hurtful dialogues is both draining, stomach-churning and just revolting...😕😳😒

But we must focus on the brighter side of these episodes...

- The USP of this show is the fact that we have righteous characters such as Abir Rajvansh and Bade Papa, to stand up against characters like Meenakshi/BB.

- I am willing to tolerate the utter nonsense and despicable thoughts and words coming out of BB today, because I am hopeful that we will see more people like Abir and BP in our society in the future, rather than just fictional characters on screen.

- All the OTP dialogues from Meenu today are indeed for dramatic effect and TRP, but that doesn't give us a free-pass to just overlook or side-line the truth serum they have and continue to spill onscreen which mirrors the reality mirror of our society.

Everything from a MIL 's obsession to get a grand child by hook or crook to a DIL reducing herself to sorry figure out of the turn of events is all real in our society.

I can neither call mishti weak nor the show as regressive....

But I still hate Mrenamma for breaking my trust again 😭😆

I've really just come to accept that it is Mishti's built-in automatic response.

It is NOT going to change until and unless Mishti herself consciously chooses to stop it.

No matter how much Abir constantly tells her he loves her, he supports her, he's with her, and that BP/BM pyaar is not ehsaan. No matter how many times they tell her that...

ultimately the change has to come from inside Mishti. She has to stop thinking of herself as a bhoj, she is naturally going to be grateful and feel blessed to have loved ones like Abir and BP/BM but she needs to realise they are not doing her a favour. Mishti needs to understand that she isn't just 'lucky' to get BP/BM as parents or Abir as a life partner...it's not luck. It's what she deserves!

That's the difference she needs to learn.

That's not easy given her whole childhood and even now the constant negativity and problems she faces.🥺

I just personally think it is her character flaw, and you cannot change it. Even when she was a more fierce angry chorni in season one, she was still this Mishti who said sorry even when it wasn't her fault. (especially to elders, not Kuhu).
