Nothing I can say or do would convince her otherwise. When there's an up phase, they are super hyper and excited. When there's a down phase, it's suspicion, hate, harm and suicidal thoughts. It's known as existential crisis.

I have suffered from one. I understand that you are not interested around the world. My mind kept repeating same thing. I became passive aggressive. I have plotted revenge against many people.

My makeup skills improved so dramatically that even two of the beauty bloggers recreated my makeup looks on you tube. I spent hours working out. I started to weight train. I could lift much more than a guy of my size without any steroid or supplements. I became workaholic. I was the best performer of my team.

My behavior became terrible. I was rude, arrogant and feared failure a lot. It took me so much time to get help and finally come out of this depression.

What are you describing is bipolar disorder. Here the mood varies from mania to depression. This one needs drugs.
