They're upset about the fact that Sushant's family is being supported by BJP. BJP definitely has an agenda, but honestly, without their support, Sushant's family could have screamed at the top of their lungs and nobody'd have bothered. Rhea is being backed by Congress and Shiv Sena vehemently. They've ruined the reputation of Mumbai Police in the process, but it's obvious Rhea takes precedence over everything. Without political support, Sushant's case would have been buried on 14 June.

To be honest I have personally seen instances where parents have had no clue of what shit their kids pull off despite living under the same roof. I know a person who had no idea his son used to consume heavy drugs in the same house. I am not for a moment holding a brief for Rhea's father. I already said that it is perfectly possible for him to be involved given the fact that he is a doctor and Rhea needed certified and fresh prescriptions to get some of the medicines that are required in this case. I am pretty convinced of her and showik's level of involvement in this entire mess. They had their hands deep into it. What I am not yet sure of is the level of her father's involvement. It could be deep or just at the surface level. Him being present at those parties where Sushant slept is very very suspicious and doesn't look good at all, but still doesn't tell us the depth of the involvement. Hence, I just wish a bit of thoughtfulness from the media when they rush to confront him. We don't want an old person to get hurt and derail the campaign. Rhea already has tried doing it by shooting that video from her balcony. A pinch of carefulness isn't going to hurt anyone.

In support of this I would like to narrate an incidence that happened in my college.. where the father/mother had no idea that their son was a drunkard and would consume marijuana at the age of 17...until they saw him on the death bed..The accident that happened late night..because he chose to go on a bike ride (chase) after having consumed a high amount of alcohol and marijuana and met a severe accident.. Needles to say he died.. Mother was in denial and father too angry/shocked and devastated at the same time..

However I do feel that the whole family is involvement..WHat with constant visiting of the whole family at a place which is a house of your daughter's live-in partner..a partner of just months.. when you live in the same city.. Also what with in the name of taking care you actually were having parties..all throughout.. the time the guy whose house you were in.. is lying sick in his room...
