That's not possible when naagvansh are all shiv bhakts, which is how they receive the icchadari vardaan in first place. So having a naagvanshi belonging to any other religion besides hinduism and shiv bhakti makes zero sense. If ekta does that then it is honestly a mockery of both islam and Hinduism. It would also completely change the mythology around the naagvansh that has been created in naagin verse by ekta till date. That isn't to say that shape-shifting snakes do not exist in other cultural mythologies in asia, which they do, but making a Muslim naagin in naagin series is nonsensical where naagvansh are all shown as shiv bhakts and become icchadari through shiv bhakti or by belonging to the takshaka vansh like rocky in season 2, and takshaka is a figure in hindu mythology too only.
