I was impressed by his presence in Pavitra Rishta. Loved him in Kai Poche. Then started stalking his Twitter and following everything about him. Wishing for him to marry Ankita, really really desperately lol.

But then I started distancing from him. MeToo was a punch in the gut. I almost started abhorring him, and the delay in clarification from Sanjana, no matter how genuine her intentions, was extremely suspicious to me. I wrote elsewhere as well, that blinds are like the movie Inception. They plant a small idea in our minds and then allow it to flourish organically!

When Rishi Kapoor's news came, I was completely okay, just a little sad. When Irfan's news came, I thought I'll be okay, but ended up crying (I cry very rarely, except for when watching TV). When I heard of SSR, I was shocked, and thought I'll be okay. But something about this entire case started becoming a naasoor(wound) within me that started growing each passing day. Something about the facts selectively leaked by Mumbai Police didn't make sense. Believe me, I've NOT ruled out suicide. I say it is possible. I only had objections with people who claim this is 100% suicide. Many mocked people like us who suspected foul play: from making fun of our intelligence, to saying we're in ignorance of mental health issues, to saying we're thinking of mental health as demeaning, to saying we're in this because of Arnab (how preposterous! I haven't watched that guy for the last few years, not even today in this case!) to what not. And they said this is a simple case of suicide. You know the most jaw dropping thing about this: he could be murdered even by hanging! There, I said it. I don't believe that is the case. But I am waiting for a semblance of an investigation before concluding anything; and what Mumbai Police conducted was - I'm sorry to say - a sham!

I can't tell you how much pain I've endured and have cried multiple times. I'm not even his fan, so I can understand what his genuine fans have gone through. 💔

I really wish and pray for the sanity of folks like you, there is truly that closure. For those who are invested, there are quite a few investigations happening by public and media. I hope beyond the breaking news and the human distortion of convenient facts, there is truth!

I have made my peace with wishing SSR to Rest In Peace as everything now is a blame game and more ugliness rearing through.

A couple messages never shows the full picture, both things could be true. Not to mention money was being transferred to her brother's account merely a month or so into dating Sushant. I think you also missed out how a certain channel has been her mouthpiece all this while to the degree where they dragged Ankita's name in it to show that it wasn't just Rhea and her family who was mooching off Sushant but so was Ankita. Ankita took no time to clear her name and put the facts out there. So let's again not be so presumptuous as to believe that everyone who can see what the nature of this relationship was is doing so based on some "interpretation". Some of us are indeed going by evidence and not just evidence that his family has had to put out . But evidence in terms of Rhea's own statements and antics that have been full of inconsistencies to put it politely.

What is truly astounding is you want to hold his sister accountable who literally came to visit him as soon as he reached out but not the girlfriend who left him in the lurch knowing fully well what his state was and how he was fully dependent on her. His sister stayed with him for a few days and then went back to check on her kids and was supposed to be back on the day he passed but yes...let's blame her here!

That is some picture you are painting there man of a girlfriend with a tape on her mouth. What exactly have you been following...lol? Someone who is out there putting out texts , videos , gratitude lists , releasing statements a day before the verdict here came is apparently someone who has no voice? Okayyyyy. Give the woman some credit man. She hasn't hired the lawyer she has hired for nothing....lol.

Did I state anything that makes you believe that I think Sushant was without his flaws. There is nothing out there as a perfect person so I'm not someone who thinks Sushant was flawless. I'm sure he made his mistakes just like most of us do. We learn , we grow. What exactly are you trying to state with regards to Ankita and Kriti. The fact that he was not even on talking terms with either of them after their breaks up yet they have come out in support of him should give you a little bit of an idea about the kind of person he was. Ankita is still in touch with his family so again there goes the theory of his family belonging to some regressive lot that apparently is blaming Rhea for the heck of it.

I don't watch news on telly so I thought I'll get that out of the way. The only show I keep up with every now and then is Ravish Kumar's show at prime time. So let us get rid of this notion that some of us believe what we do because of those screaming anchors. One has followed this case enough to know where each side here is coming from and what all they have put out in public. And a lot of us are capable enough of deciphering things based on just that. The screaming or the not so screaming anchors have played no part here when it comes to many people.

As for convenient....I would say the rather convenient narrative is indeed the one of mental health. Infact that is the narrative that was out there as soon as he passed away. I'm someone who believes he might have been struggling with a mental health issue but it's so ironic that folks who give a damn about the cause are so afraid of delving into all that could have impacted his mental health.

I'm not surprised you are putting all the ethics aside to defend a "therapist" who showed more loyalty to Rhea than to her patient. You seem like someone who cares a whole about the cause of mental health so I guess it is in that vein that I state that a therapist breaching client confidentiality doesn't eradicate the stigma around mental health, if anything it makes it worse. As someone who struggles with a mental health issue and seeks therapy , I know how much that trust between me and my therapist matters to me so what that therapist did was made a mockery of the very cause she apparently cares so much about.

I don't care for Kangana....I know breaking news since every opinion here that falls in a certain category is looked through a certain lens....lol. The girl has made some extremely vile remarks about the very outsiders she is now pretending to give a damn about so there is my opinion on Kangana. Oh....I also think she is a bigot.

Please let us focus on mental health. Let us focus on all probably contributed to his deteriorating mental health. But the very same folks who want to discuss mental health are doing everything they can to brush aside anything that could have perhaps triggered or worsen his mental health , be it the blind items or be it a toxic relationship. Mental health like I said doesn't exist in some vacuum. Even people who are predisposed to it because of biological reasons will talk about how factors that are external have a lot to do with it as well.

Who said he was a saint. At the same time what makes you think he was toxic? I'm willing to genuinely engage here if there is anything out there that suggests that.

I think the picture you are talking about belongs more to the lens you are looking at this from. And thank you for the good luck....I really hope his family gets justice.

Finally read through the last few pages and realized this was a lost cause! I think the minds are made up and yes, I am no fan of Rhea but couldn’t stand the whole charade and hence voiced out.

please continue to find the justice with the Sherlock Holmes of social media and key board warriors!

Agree to disagree since there is a parallel lens and I wouldn’t waste anymore of both of our time.

I think you misunderstood the two things...in her interview she never mentioned giving up her career for him...she said the sacrifice thing while saying that Sushant was not depressed when he didn't had the work he wanted and was not working for 3 years ( she just said it in the flow, and might have muddled the exact timeline) then why will he be depressed now when he had it all...she said he didn't wanted to do TV anymore and we both wanted to do films, so I told him do whatever you want to do and I continued with TV cause as partners both can't take risks at the same time and has to be sensible that's when she said the sacrifice thing...I don't think she ever once mentioned taking a break in her interview.

She gave him an unconditional support in whatever he wanted to do...but when Ankita didn't wanted to do films or didn't felt like working...you could see Sushant complaining about her being lazy in interviews, you do wish that you will get the same kind of support no matter what...that you gave to your partner.

She was asked this in zee news interview where she said exactly the same thing I said... " In relationship one has to say ki.. Tu aage bhad ja". Also she mentioned 3 year break in almost all her interviews ( even Sandip ssing mentioned 3 year break).People who don't know the truth might have thought that Sush used her and lived off her money when he was in need. I mean the boy did 4 shows in 4 years of his TV career and earned quite enough to sustain himself so it's a bit disrespectful to give wrong info.

I don't doubt about her unconditional support but at the same time it affects your relationship because while you are investing your entire life in the relationship the other person doesn't have enough time for it and it becomes disproportionate. Everyone needs their space. Also it also lead her to be bit insecure ( even Sush mentioned it when asked about it in interview although it wasn't a jibe at her). I remember those pap pics when Chhabra, Kriti, Ankita and Sush were spotted after a dinner/meeting and Ankita looked upset/angry.The tension in those pics was almost tangible. Whatever it was both could have handled it better... They were together for 7 years and about to get married. There are lot of if's..but they sadly don't really make a difference now.

While I do think breakup turned out to be good for Ankita as I saw a positive change in her with her becoming more ambitious and mature, Sush however could never find that kind of stability and security ever.With success he got lot of negative publicity which affected him and without a strong support on his side, he crumbled. He didn't give Kriti a chance and Reha was just a bad choice..
