There is difference between love and obsession. Kangana is obsessed with Hrithik.

I do not doubt she was and probably still is obsessed with Hrithik but Kangana never loved Hrithik. I’m not sure she has ever really loved anyone or understands what it even means. She sees only what people can give her and what she can use them for. She was estranged from her parents - until she needed them for publicity. She has fired and cut off her sister before whenever it suited her, let her sister be blamed for venomous tweets Kangana wrote and shamelessly used her sister’s acid attack for publicity. She has used her (real) relationships with men for advancement and publicity. She uses, lies to and manipulates her fans and the media. There is nothing in her or about her that is loving.

All she wants is the respect and acceptance that dating him openly would bring her. All her rants are not because she hates BW but because she hates that she's not the apple of their eye. May be this was the case a few years ago, but she's no longer this person. She has been harbouring political ambitions for a while now and may enter politics anytime. She is just mobilizing her support before the day comes.
