In 2010, Rajat Barmecha deserved it for Udaan. And Omkar Das Manikpuri for Peepli Live too. Not SRK's lousy performance in an awful film like My Name Is Khan. All the awards for that film were clearly bought.
Also Salman is not an actor. He is an entertainer. He does some antics onscreen which entertains the audience, so he may have been given that award for Dabangg. He wasn't acting in the film.
