Meet Our Anchors: Smriti Irani & Saakshi Tanwar
Smriti is one of the most popular face on Television. She started out as Miss India contest in 1998 and make it out as Final 5. After that she got her big breack with Balaji Telefilms, a family drama "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi." Today Smriti is a successful television producer. She runs her own production house 'Ugraya Entertainment', that produced Viruddh for Sony television and is currently producing Mere Apne for 9X. Currently, she can be seen acting in serials like Mere Apne on 9X and Teen Bahuraniyan on Zee TV. She is also an active member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and runs her own NGO.
Saakshi was Saakshi Tanwar was born on January 12, 1973 in a middle class family in Alwar, Rajasthan. She studied at the Lady Sri Ram College in Delhi University. She is best known for her role of Parvati in the popular television soap Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. Sakshi has worked in a few other serials including the very popular Devi where she plays the central character who is a spiritually inclined woman with a strong connection to Goddess Durga.

*Ronit Roy*
Ronit leads the team of 'Bindaas Bosses'.
Shweta Tiwari was born on October 4, 1980 in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. She currently plays the role of Prerna in Balaji Telefilms's Kasautii Zindagii Kay - Indian television's hugely popular and much loved daily soap for over 7 years.
Shweta has wooed the Indian audience with her simplicity, classic beauty and histrionic skills.This tall, lissome actress has won many awards as the ideal mother portrayed on screen. She is also a gifted dancer who impressed the audiences with her performances in Nach Baliye 2. Shweta is also pursuing a career in Bhojpuri and Punjabi films. Two Bhojpuri films with her as the lead actress, have already been released and a third one is lined up. She has also produced one of the Bjojpuri films she acted in.

Originally from Gharwal-Uttaranchal, Varun started his career as a writer in Delhi. He then came to Mumbai and got his first break as 'Ayush Kumar' in the immensely popular television show Banegi Apni Baat. Thereafter good roles and work never stopped with Varun.

Graduating in the sciences with physics as a major, Rohit was all set to go to America to do his MBA, but destiny intervened and he was not granted a student visa. Undaunted by the refusal, Rohit who started working as an assistant director for Kunal Kapoor, a reputed ad film maker, took up offers to model. Soon he was spotted by Anant Balani who offered him the lead role in a film called Jazbaat. Though the film didn't turn the tide, Rohit realized that acting would be his true calling. Rohit was then offered the central lead in a show called Swabhimaan, which was written by Shobha De and directed by Mahesh Bhatt and went on to create history as one of India's most popular afternoon soaps. Rohit's character Rishabh Malhotra became a household name across the length and breadth of the county.
Rohit Roy reinvented the staid Doordarshan stereotypical middle class hero to play the rich, arrogant, bratty and charming dude. Rohit is one actor who has managed to straddle both TV and films with equal aplomb. After a highly successful stint on television, Rohit has moved on to the big screen with the highly acclaimed Shootout at Lokhandwala. He is currently working on Alibaug, directed by the maverick director Sanjay Gupta where he is pitted opposite his wife Manasi Joshi. He is also working on his next film Mittal vs Mittal opposite the National award-winning actress Rituparna Sengupta. *Prachi Desai*
She is best known for her role as Bani in the immensely popular television drama Kasamh Se. Prachi was born on September 12, 1988 in Gujarat. She completed her schooling from Surat in Gujarat. Her hobbies include acting, sports, listening to music and sketching.
Acting has been her passion since childhood. It is a talent that runs in her family, with her father and uncle having done various Gujarati plays. She went to Pune for higher studies and had almost finished her junior college, when her pictures were sent to Balaji Telefilms and she received a call for an audition for Kasamh Se. She has won several awards like Sansui Television Award (2007) for Best Actress, Indian Telly Couple of the Year Award (2006) for her on screen chemistry with Ram Kapoor in Kasamh Se and Indian Telly Fresh New Face of the Year (Female) Award (2006).
She was also the winner of the popular dance show Jhalak Dikhlla Jaa season 2. Her performance and immense popularity on Jhalak also led her to bag the lead role in the film Rock On, opposite Farhan Akhtar.

Though he did not want to take up a career in modeling, his stint in the fashion world bagged him a small part in Zee TV's Ashirwad, followed by Balaji Telefilms' Kanyadaan. But it was with Kumkum and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, that people actually sat up and noticed him. He has also successfully hosted several popular shows like Shabaash India, Kisme Kitna Hai Dum, Kuch Kar Dikhana Hai and Khullja Sim Sim. Recently, he co-hosted season three of Indian Idol along with the talented Mini Mathur.
Hussain is also a great dancer –he and wife Tina were the winners of Nach Baliye 2, the reality dance show on TV.

*Rakhi Sawant*
Rakhi started her career as a cabaret dancer.

A go-getter in life, Rakhi has attracted a great deal of media attention due to her various program forays across channels. She made waves in Bigg Boss, a SET show; she appeared on the show Koffee with Karan, inspite of being ridiculed on the same. Apart from her appearance on the silver screen in films like Main Hoon Na, she has also appeared in a number of music videos, most notably for the remix number Pardesiya.

This gifted actor was the zonal winner of 'Zee Cinestar Ki Khoj' in the year 2004. He was the 'Face of the Year' in the year 2001. He has also undergone training at the Kala Manthan Academy and at the Kishore Namit Kapoor acting academy in Mumbai. His boyish charm has added to his fame and recently he has acquired the image of a 'chocolate-boy' amongst his female fans.
