From what I can piece together, this seems to be the story:

Swara got a fortune for some reason after AN burned down, and in order to get her hands on that money, AS married Swara to Vivek.

Anu and Sarthak broke up after Kalyani died. And Kaka left the house. There may potentially be an AnuSar kid in the equation as well.

Malhar left AN probably even before the fire in AN as he could not stand being surrounded by the memories of Kalyani and Pillu.

Kalyani's education has been sponsored by Mrunal, and I think there is some connection with him and Malhar's 5 lakhs loan. I am confident that was for Kalyani and it was sent to her indirectly. And when Kalyani became an IAS officer, he is thought of using that to his advantage. I even feel like Malhar came to know about Anvi and Ahir through Mrunal.

Yes Malhar left AN much before it's burning so did kaka

I don't think unless necessary kaka would never leave Malhar in such a mental state

Swara fortune is blood money of baapji or radhey shyam if I was to guess

aur Sarthak Kaka ke saamne hi qubool ki thi ki aakheon ki roshni wapas aane ke baad sabse pehle Malhar ji ko dekhna chahti hoon
