I teared up when I read it. I swear I teared up! Even the Patna FIR has been held up by the SC! I can't believe it. It feels so good. The fight is yet to be won, but we have at least taken a step towards it. I know there is cynicism about the way things work in India, but there are some cases that change the way the system works. I hope this case turns out to be that case! Sushant has become the darling of the nation. We all deserve to see justice being done to him!

I agree all of us are not "accomplished" and "educated" enough to understand medical mumbo-jumbos. But, please answer these simple questions (among others) that layman like us are finding hard to digest but is being increasingly ignored by the supporters of the modern-ambitious-woman and also the epitome of eternal love. (These are in no particular order).

1) Why try to renegue CBI for SSR now when she was the one to tag none other than Home Minster to bring in CBI, protecting Fereral Structure of India not withstanding.

2) Why is she not able to give "satisfactory" answers with regards to her monetary and financial conducts to ED?

3) Why did Meme Police not follow the simple protocol of lodging FIR and proceed with the investigation when unnatural death as it was peddled by Meme police is cognizable offence too?

4) Why was the "scene" not cordoned off as the basic protocol?

5) Why was the unconcerned third party "let" in the "scene" and also "let out" with a black bag?

6) Why are there three different versions of who brought the "dead" body down/

7) How does one account for teaser gun and facial paralysis ? (sorry not my domain but the medical experts might just want to answer this)

8) Why did pyar ki Murat Rhea called her manager Shruti Modi first instead of Sushant's family upon getting the news of his death?

9) How did Suharita whatever from Bhatt camp came with eulogies for perfect-lover-Rhea at 11.08 much before Meme Police pass it off as suicide/depression/bipolarity?

10) What authority did Bhatt has to give depressive/bipolar angle to Sushant's death, or for them to compare him to Parveen Babi.

11) Why was Sushant's body taken to Cooper instead of Nanavati and most IMPORTANTLY how come post-mortem report was issued without the time of death?

12) Any theory for two ambulances, or second body that was about 7 feet tall (crouching) for Sushant's supposed height between 5.10-6" (has it medically been proved that a person's height increases that too by no less a foot/12" upon death)

13) The inconsistency of locksmith theory.

14) The entire Meme Government holding meeting to exonerate Rhea and Co. instead of discussing strategies to revive grappling economy or measures to tackle COVID-19.

Being a female myself, I'm ashamed when such obvious lapses are ignored just to give a benefit of doubt to the suspect number one just because she is a female. Femininity becomes a lost cause when it gets suppressed under stifling Femi-Nazism. But please let that aside for a while and have a dignity to wish peace for the departed soul and closure to the family.

I am amazed that even the jurisdiction issue has been declared in favour of Bihar Police . Good.

Because it was never wrong in the first place. Vikas Singh is a very reputed lawyer. IF he has taken this up and formulated the FIR in Bihar, there was nothing wrong in it as far as laws are concerned. Mumbai Police first of all were not investigating in the right direction and even after the FIR was filed instead of going in the right direction of the case, they spent all their energy in the jurisdiction fight. Like I have mentioned before it all looked like they were incompetent and casual about this case which later on became for them a matter of Ego. I have had huge respect for MP for a good while, but this time it shattered a bit.. Hope they learn from this one..

I know the answer of this Why.. You know she never thought that it would actually happened. Her post then screamed sarcasm but not that whole post has turned against her.. Rhea only wanted the CBI to take this up ..

Now the lawyer since last two days has already started talking about Rhea being suffering from mental health condition. I am sure this narrative is the next in line.

Thank you all the power above for making it happen. Or rather thanks to every person for turning this movement into a mission and leading it to a rightful conclusion.

I don't like Arnab Goswami for many things but in this case, the guy, his team at Republic Media and the Media-Houses like Times now deserve a standing ovation. Had it not been for media's especially Arnab and his team's dogged persistence, suicide/depression/bipolar/schizophrenic thoery would have been peddled and even accepted by the general public. Also hats off to his family and real friends for standing so strong and dignified amongst the storm. Their lawyer Mr. Vikas Singh deserves a special mention too.

We know that it is a long battle ahead. The one in position and power will do everything to impede and subvert the investigation. But it is a good start nevertheless. Hope public pressure, media scrutiny and logical arguments form SSR's family lawyer will lead the investigation to the right conclusion, the culprits will be punished and the justice shall finally prevail.
