I am in two minds, on one hand I believe that the some decency is still required on the people's part to act appropriately.

On the other hand, the concert was orchestrated last moment by BJP so that Rahu Gandhi's event in the city, to be hosted on the same day becomes a flop show and this event was made free for the public. So she should have been more aware of the last minute preparations and the gentry that would be in the crowds.
