I am not being rude but the Edited and the new one is chubby and cute. I would not be able to bardash the first Kairav. This Edited.. looks like when Akshara was adopted a girl and then she disappeared. I think she should be replaced. Kasauti Samidha looks cute and would suit the role with Kairav older sister perfectly.
