yep, even i don't think malhar married that girl, cuz he is kind of classic person jo yeh sab reeti riwazon me bahut believe karta hai, initially he accepted kalyani as wife and fulfilled every duty as her husband even when he didnt love her, only because uski shaadi husyithi usse and she takes good care of moksh. am sure ki anvi and malhar are just pretending to be married in front of others. infact agar usse kalyani ki zinda hone ka pata hota ho he wouldn't have taken this step also. usne socha hoga ki mera ab koyi life hai nay pillu aur kallu ke jaane ke baad tho kyun ka iss ladki ki reputation hi bachaya jaaye mere surname de kar, and another obvious reason is cuz that child is ahir's
