I am personally not surprised with his care for Shivani becasuse he was always been shown pouring extra love on Sharmas. Neither did his neglect for Sneha surprise me because-

1. He didn't bother to check on Prerna after pushing, like mentioned in earlier post

2. Both Prerna and Anurag were never projected as responsible parents, not even when Sneha was not even born. They put her in danger so many times, keeping their personal interests above the unborn kid. Pehle bhi Anurag showed his love with talks and laddoos and now he is showing it through talks with photographs.

3. Both Prerna and Anurag both have been selfish lovers in my personal opinion and they still are the same two people with hardly any change.

These are some reasons I wasn't truly surprised with Anurag's behaviour or actions or him not looking for sneha or assuming her to be with Prerna.

That was before 8 years .. during 8 years he dint bother to take khabar of sharmas. RoShiv ka affair , Veena's heart attack .. kuch bhi uske jehen main nei hain.. mere hisab se agar anurag 8 sal inka khabar nei lia toh he has no right to tell shivani to break the marriage alliance without any proof like haq jataou ...

That's exactly why I said he is still the character he was. 8 years ealier also he had no or less business interrupting Prerna's life when she din't want him to, but he did. So, he is now interrupting Shivani's life without her wanting it. So I am not saying he is right or wrong. All I am saying is there is nothing surprising about him. He is still what he was. So not looking for Sneha is not a surprise for me. It's kind of expectes after the "divers story" and his idea to "Kill to Save". Not looking for Sneha is a very small matter here.

It's a big possibility that anurag knew komo's plan of sending sneha to orphanage and that's why komo changed the plan , pre was told that sneha is dead in the fire but komo later told anurag that sneha is alive and held captive with her.thats why he is getting blackmailed for 8 yrs
