So today is going to like a verdict coming out is it...on whether the case will be going to cbi or not? Or is it like couple of days back which involved hearings from judges of different parties? Can someone tell please..
Sorry i have no idea on these legal proceedings and terms.
According to Maha party(police, govt. and Rhea) Bihar police and govt. has no right to interfere, investigate or ask for CBI inquiry. The incident happened in Mumbai, so it is their legal right to investigate or ask for CBI inquiry. Since Bihar govt. and police asked for CBI so Maha Party is telling it is illegal and murder of Federalism. So when Sushant's father registered complaint, Bihar police should have filed zero FIR and transferred it to Mumbai police.
According to Bihar party(Sushant's family, govt. and police) the Mumbai party were not doing any investigation and were trying to bury the case, so they had to intervene, to investigate and ask for CBI enquiry, which happens in special cases(Asaram Bapu case)
I hope this clears the confusion

Acha in the fir was a timeline mentioned that from when to when the family couldn't talk to him??
According to me the clincher should be the fact that the FIR was lodged in Patna first and Mumbai Police didn't even do that. They did some random questioning under incorrect sections of the CRPC. Hopefully the order will be on similar lines 🤞

Feb 2020 they made a complaint to Mumbai police via Watsapp.
And roughly after that they couldn’t connect with him.

I think shortly after this they lost touch with him.
Is it just me or in this pic too SSR looks unfit and unkempt?

This is what SG Tushar Mehta said. After postmortem report came, Mumbai police should have either filed a FIR or closed the case. Since they failed to do any of this so whatever they have been doing since last 2 months is invalid
