Probably paid. These days all covers are for promotions anyways.

I did see the trailer. I was hoping it would be good. But it was not. I didn't like it one bit. Very cliche. Even acting wise nothing gr8. This is a webshow. Requires more time to finish compared to a 2 hr film.

The entire package has to appeal. I watched and appreciated Bulbbul. This one just does not make the cut.

What doesn't hold interest, doesn't hold interest. I wouldn't have watched this show no matter who was cast in it. The story looks like those 90s Govinda films

I read the IF review, the lead guy is forced by family to get married to someone else, the female lead was apparently trying to save her sinking career and using him. Ugh! What even!

A best web series. Naseerudin Shah and all the actors are brilliant. The music is the hero. Please watch it. Don't miss such a gem. You will not regret .

Filmfare did a cover with the Bandish Bandits leads but it went completely unnoticed. This is the exact problem...people complain about nepotism but barely give any attention when the opportunities are given to unrecognized/newer actors. If you really want change, stop talking about the actors you don't like and take interest in newer faces.

so true!

My review of Bandish Bandits: The music and the cinematography of the series was really good! But the series was stretched too long and too thin! The story didn’t have depth and even the execution wasn’t up to the mark. Senior actors were okay but the newcomer leads weren’t good. I still liked the boy a tad bit better than the girl- both needs to really improve their acting.

The show has 8.8 rating on IMDb. I watched it and pretty much liked it. The music and cinematography is so good. The newcomers have done a good job being their first time I felt. The premise is something NT everyone would like....classical music based. Kunal Roy Kapoor and the guy playing Kabir are so good in their comic timing. I enjoyed it though it's a lil stretched .😊 much much better than the crap netflix india shoves down the indian audience' throats

The IMDB rating was 7.8 on the day the series was released. Now it has jumped to 8.8. I loved the series. I was tired of violence and crime shows. This was a fresh one.

Glad some people are showing interest. Heard decent WOM about the show so it'll probably pick up slowly.

Publicity excuse isn't even applicable in this case anymore...the leads have done multiple top magazine covers, PV and other portals promoted them almost daily, even music is good. Amazon did a good job, I've seen them all over social media.
