Maneshinde's main contention is not the CBI but under no circumstances should the case be tried in Bihar where they believe the defendant will never get a fair trial citing Political influence of the family & the upcoming elections.

That's crisp.

Given the family's doubts with mumbai police and opposite team doubts with bihar , second option sounds the best to me.

It's audience/general public whose outrage kept the case alive, and this will not change post Bihar Election. If audience is very vocal and emotional about one thing, media is BOUND to start covering it sooner or later. This point was raised by KK Menon on Arnab's Debate after FIR was lodged in Bihar. He asked someone from Police department (who was there in the debate) about what r they investigating. It's the same debate from which Sandip Singh ran away.

Not everything in the Debate are bullshits as many thinks. U just need to See the background of the Speaker.

Exactly, even I got to know from Arnab's debate that SC has made it clear that a person can file complaint from anywhere, even without a signed complaint, and the police needs to follow up on it......

Even I am a Bengali Muslim standing up for a Bihari Hindu😆 and also supporting Arnab (just in this case).

I don't even know Why should one suffer for another's loss. If we believe Central or The Media has done injustice to someone based on their caste and religion how come we doing the same is right ??

Sushant wasn't a Casteist, racist or not even someone who had ego and arrogance. He was really a Gem of a Person.

It should be the Human instinct to stand up for him..

He is a common man like any of us, it's his good luck that his family has educated people and money to fight the corruption or else there r so many Sushant's whose case gets brushed away and no one battles an eye lid. Like Pratyusha Banerjee, Jia Khan.

We should stand strong so that no one in future gets to lost their life just because they aren't Powerful enough.

I don't even Care if Rhea is bengali or Bihari. For me Sushant irrespective of his Caste is A Victim and needs Support.

It's the Politicians turning this into a Political Mess but trust me None of the people standing for And Fighting for Sushant in the normal world cares a Damn about the caste and religion.

Yup this is how jurisdictional disputes work here. Every side knows if they are powerful their state courts would be more bias towards them. Most try for their state or federal courts. But I hope Bihar wins this or it is tried in the Supreme Court.
