You’re welcome 😃

I have seen a major turnover. Life gives us so many surprises. I know life given me many surprises and it does hurt when the people whom we thought was wearing a mask. But through those challenges, we meet wise people who bring smiles and happiness in our lives. Singing can be a great calm therapy. Try it. Do whatever is brining inner peace within you.

Believe everything is happening for your good. And we have no idea what amazing plans God has planned for us. I feel life has changed for me so much in the last 10 years, I am more outspoken person than I ever was. Feel free to open up and let me know if you need a person to talk to. I genuinely believe things will be great again.👍🏼

Share with me please. What do you do to be more creative?

Hey! Thanks for inviting me to this thread. It's a great initiative. :)

Well weekend is over!😆 But I journal too, it's a passionate hobby of mine ever since I was little. Gratitude journal is a great idea.

I also love writing (mostly useless stuff) and thoughts, poetry etc. Not very good but it is cathartic for me.😃 Am a bit of a foodie, so cooking is my go to therapy as well. Gulab jamun is YUM.

And this is not related to this but I think in our lives we are lacking a space where we can go to be vulnerable! And be ourselves without any fear of shame or stigma. That maybe causing a lot of these issues IMO.

Welcome to the club😃 You’re welcome.

I agree journal is a great way to calm your thoughts. Please share some writing of yours. Keep it up! Do you blog as well??

yes I love baking. Especially bread recipes.

I completely agree about shame and not being ourselves. I have noticed. I see people change themselves to fit in a popular circle, even if they have to break the law. Which is sad, very sad. If people follow their heart and be kind to themselves and others they could achieve so much but in today times I have seen that they rather follow the trend rather creating a trend.

We need to let go of what race, religion, caste, or color a person belong to and just accept them for their character, beautiful heart and soul.

I am too lazy to start a blog.😆 Motivation and completing things in general is a continuous struggle for me. I may share some writing later if I feel up to it. :)

You're really such a kind soul, which is rare these days. :)

Same here. But I am working on it. As I have so much to get done.

And thank you so much for the compliment 😃 I do agree it is difficult now a days. Recently experienced not so nice people. I just love to talk and learn about healing. I am not a fan of medication. I have. Even learning a lot about depression in the passed two years. And I discovered as soon you sense toxicity just take a exit. Don’t take a risk to have depression. Just live your life to the fullest. And help people to the maximum.

I know, so much to get done. So little time and motivation. I find it useful to just unplug from all the noise for a couple days and go hiking in the mountains or something. If you have access to them of course. I am lucky cuz there is a forest nearby where I live and I don't have to wear a mask to go hiking there.😆

Look for me medication simply masks your symptoms, it targets the effects not the cause. Which is not a great long term method for treatment. So I prefer to just de-stress & cut out the things in life that don't serve me or are making me ill. It seems to work for me, so you should try it too if you can. :)

I think that's what you mean when you said take an exit when you sense toxicity so I think we are on the same page. ;)

And creativity is such a great thing and can be so cathartic! Life can be great if given a chance. :)
