Dashraths's pain....poem says it all

hello folks...since kaikai has asked for her two boons from king dashrath and his reaction has been postponed till next week..we can only imagine the great pain he will be going through while granting exile to ram...😭😭 here i am posting a hindi poem that tries to portray the events of the past week..and grief sorrow angiush agony and confusion of a loving father and truthful king..

seema sachdev is a hindi writer from banglore..she has written many poems and stories in hindi. one of her major work is called "manas ki vyatha" - sorrows of which is a commentry in poetry on sad events of ramayana.In this books she tries to portray the state of mind and heart ofvarious characters of ramayana over the happenings in the story...and that includs kaushlaya, sumitra, urmila, shatrughana, king janaka and even kaikai..these characters are not mentioned much in ramayna after shri ram leaves for the forest..this books tries to describe the pain these characters feel after there loved ones leave for forests.
my fav poems are those which depict the sorrow of urmila where she gets to know that her husband is leaving her for 14 years, how she bids farewell to lakshaman, how she spends her time waiting for her husband to come living like a jogan....she is one the most neglected character in ramayna who too makes a grave sacrifice and that's why her story interests me the most.

dashraths love or ramji can be seen in his eyes. all the time his eyes shine glitters just on listening ramjis name . and now exile part def he gnna cry like anything and will make us too. Oh Kamal Nayan also gonna cry agn. Always he cry on emotional scenes with Dashrath .. dont know what ll happen this time.
