There might be a difference between SC ordering/initiating CBI and SC approving someone's appeal.

Having said that, when CBI team is also formed, I dont think SC will entertain these drama of Maha Govt and MP anymore because SC has clearly sent the message about what they think. Maha Govt has invited a shitload of basti on them through this move.

And they continue to do so. Its their this attitude (both govt and Police), that's fueling the whole murder theory. Why blame the people(read fans) for the entire chaos that this case had been made into.

Of course they will...

In addition to being on Bollywood Mafia's payroll, it has also become an exercise of saving their own sorry a**es for Mumbai Police.

For according to Rhea C's call data, she was in contact with Bandra D.C.P Abhishek Trimukhe from the last one year. Consequently, it was the same officer that was handling SSR's case and his team that declared it as suicide (when the new investigation points about the probability of SSR getting strangulated with his dog's belt due to clear visibility of impression of belt's hole on SSR's neck) without due investigation.

Okay.. Yep, they have literally made a big fool out of themselves. And it's equally funny and sad that mumbai police isn't even trying to hide about its attempts to sabotage the case.

It really hurts that the whole nation has to fight so much just to ask for an impartial and proper investigation to someone's unnatural death. How on earth did mumbai police declare it as suicide within 20 mins even though they didn't actually see the body hanging! I just have no words.

Though born in Purnea district in Bihar, Sushant comes from a progressive middle-class family. His sisters Neetu, Meetu, Priyanka, & Shweta all excelled at academics, & have all played a key role in shaping his mind & interest in subjects such as physics & maths.

From riding a bike, to driving a car, to reading physics books - all was taught to him by the 4 sisters. Eldest sister, Neetu didi, who is a doctor by profession, taught him all about physics - he devoured those books as an adolescent.

We all know about his miraculous work in the MS Dhoni biopic. His passion for bettering his cricket game and those skills are all thanks to Meetu didi, a professional cricketer. She also taught him how to ride a bike and drive a car.

Priyanka didi and her husband Siddharth are well-known practicing lawyers while Shweta is an entrepreneur and realtor in the US. The sisters were given a freehand at following their dreams and pursuing the careers and partners of their choice.

His favourite subject was physics & grew up wanting to become an airforce pilot. His fascination for the moon comes from his mother, whom he lost at age 16. Sisters continued to be his support system. Being the youngest of all siblings, he was also pampered by his brother-in-laws

Seeing so much paid media racism in works talking about the "family from Bihar" as if it's the first time ever in the history of this country that someone from the state has achieved anything meritorious.

Sushant was the 7th rank holder in all India engineering entrance exam. He dropped out of Delhi College of Engineering only 2 semesters short of completing his degree. His father was supportive of his choices whether he chose to be a background dancer, TV actor or Bollywood star.

He also gave up a scholarship with Stanford University to take up the role in Kai Po Che which released 2013. He's been selfmade in every way - from buying his first bike with money earned from giving tuition to engineering students to his childhood dream Maserati.

And yet he said money never was a differentiating factor for him. He was brought up that way - to value life and all its experiences above the greed for money. He remained picky of work to be fair to his inner being and his life values.

Sushant lived-in with his former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande for over 6 years and dated other women so wonder why paid media stories would be hellbent on purporting that his family doesn’t approve of ‘girlfriends’.

A National Olympiad Winner in Physics, he visited NASA to prepare for his role of an astronaut in Chanda Mama Dur Ke. In 2019, he also fulfilled his dream of spending a day at CERN. Even the international media found him charming.

Sushant was looking forward to training at NASA's moon mission in 2024. He also wanted to also study abroad and take up to organic farming, which his father was happy about and supportive of.

In Sushant's own words, cities may be big or small but people are never big or small. Your dreams decide if you are big or small. Coming from Bihar doesn't make you a non-progressive family. Similarly, despite being born in a big city, one can be absolutely fraudulent.

Between public embarrassment and covering up/saving one of their kins, they've chosen to do the 2nd one. Ego can prompt a person to react in a foolish manner, but not an entire Govt and force. I dont see any other reason for the Govt putting this kind of effidavit on the front fully knowing that this would be nothing but shamed by both Public and the Authorities. The desperation behind their act is a testament to their crime.

Did anyone notice that Shweta always addresses Ankita as baby. So much for calling Sush family an orthodox Bihari family. Which orthodox family adores their son's ex girlfriend so much?

Oh it does!!

If SSR's family had to go to the end of the world to get justice for someone as popular and celebrated as SSR, one can only imagine what would a common man with just enough to meet his ends and no connection would go through to get justice. I'm not even extending these assumptions and surmises for poor folks.

Coming to SSR, the whole new angles are coming up -- belt's impression, Rhea C's call records, swindle, embezzlement, money laundering. Hope the culprits get their due.

Most importantly, I'd be disappointed if the case gets closed by establishing Rhea and Co as culprits and perpetrators. Lets hope and pray that the entire nexus gets busted. Rhea C, her family, Pitani guy, buddha Bhatt -- they are just pawns in bigger scheme of things. There is a master marionette choreographing the entire dance of death and it won't stop with Disha's or SSR's demise should investigation stop at a swallow end.

Oh this is all a ruse...

Now things are getting out in open slowly, there is a fear that things might disintegrate.

Blatant tactics to veer the entire ordeal towards Bengali versus Bihari thing.

When defense doesn't work, being offensive might just help..

Besides, even if Sushant was an uncouth Bihari, how does it stop him and his family from seeking justice and/or Bihar police from acting according to SC's order?

How does being Bihari(s) deny them constitutional rights?
