Holding that lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui was unlawfully detained by the Thane police for allegedly obtaining call data records (CDRs) of Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife, Aaliya Siddiqui, the Bombay high court on Wednesday ordered him to be released by 5pm.

The division bench of Justice SC Dharmadhikari and Justice Prakash Naik also ordered the union home ministry to initiate disciplinary inquiry against deputy commissioner of police Abhishek Trimukhe for purportedly “taking law into his hands.”

Family se affair karegi kya 😆 anyway, She wasn't in touch with the Family after Breakup. It's after Sushant's demise she contacted them. Get your facts right before dragging Ankita in this mess. His Father contacted Ankita just once and because he wasn't getting a way to Contact SSR n since his GF was more busy into her ex and Baaptised budda and Pithani so he had to call his son's ex which also didn't help because she had no idea about Sushant.

You can Stay in touch with your ex y z whoever u want but She is an Accused so everyone she was in touch and the frequency of their calls will definitely be suspicious. It's a Murder/Abetment to suicide so you never know which Angle will get linked to what.
