Indian courts do not take abetment to suicide case seriously.she can be jailed,if she is involved in money laundering.but that too is bailabe.but any clever lawyer will save her from abetmemt to suicide case.its very tough to prove it in court.also there was no suicide note involved.that make her case strong.

nothing it is proved so how can we condemn a person mediatically? News agencies said yesterday she would not go to testify and she went. You said she s culpable but the accuse has to be proved. Even sushant was accused by the media of harrassemnt and now he suicided.... Did you believe it?
