Just watched Siddharth Pithani's interview with Times Now. The main points that I assimilated from it were:
- Sushant was indeed devastated after Disha's death but according to Pithani, it's because his name was being associated to her death. Pithani claimed that Sushant cried and said, "Why are they linking my name to this, I barely know this girl, I probably only met her once" (contradicts the whole anonymous friend thing who said that Sushant linked her death to Jiah's)
- The servants told Siddharth that there are too many expenditures and that Rhea is using Sushant's credit card to buy her stuff. He told that to Sushant who apparently confronted Rhea about it in private. When they were done talking (Pithani doesn't know what they talked about), Sushant got out and told Siddharth to not worry about it, and that it's okay because it's Rhea they're talking about, she lives in the house.
- Pithani called Meetu di first when Sushant wasn't opening the door, and not Rhea because he had much earlier called Showikk, Rhea's brother, who had said that Rhea was in her room and wasn't talking to anyone.
- Pithani himself cut the green kurta that Sushant had used to hang himself BEFORE the police had arrived because, as guided by Sushant's jijaji, he tried checking if there were chances of Sushant still breathing. So Deepesh and he brought Sushant down.
- Pithani sensed some tension between Rhea and Sushant's sisters.
- He told the locksmith to leave immediately after he unlocked Sushant's door because Sushant was an introvert and he thought of not invading his privacy.
The most plausible theory that can be deduced from this particular interview is that Sushant has indeed committed suicide probably because he feared permanent blots on his image (especially since he got called skirt-chaser and got accused for MeToo), Disha Salian's suicide acting as a trigger. I don't know if this guy has been completely honest but if this is actually what happened, the onus will be shifted to Bollywood, blinds, nepotism and media again.

Rhea is definitely Shady. I too remember, there were articles early on after sushant's death regarding Sushant worried about finances and conveying staff , he won't be able to pay them anymore. This aligns with what Pithani's narrated, as staff was worried about Rhea's expenditure and Sushant had word with Pithani about it. Bank statements also confirms how almost 40 cr went down to 2 cr. Bank statements proves her expenses too.It came out in recent update during Bihar Police's investigation with bank manager, Sushant wanted to open another account without Rhea's knowledge.He got feeling that Rhea is using him.
I perceive Rhea came in his life when Sushant was not in good mental state , due to constant slandering , blame it on blinds ,me too accusations. Sushant used to get deeply affected by this negative press and me too accusation must have been nail in coffin. It is clear he wanted to take break and move towards organic farming as stated by various of his closed sources. Rhea cut him off from his family maybe taking advantage of his mental condition/family differences. Changed his loyal staff (maybe reasoning his mental condition be leaked to media). Rhea, Priyanka's molesation narrative fits this given , sole aim was to cut Sushant from sister who lived in his vicinity(Only sister who lived near in Mumbai).
There were blinds talking about Sushant's life is controlled by his current girlfriend , insisting he would sign movie only is Rhea is in movie. This came from sources too later and it seems very true. All this links to Rhea taking advantage of Sushant's fragile state, taking complete control over him for her own benefit.
To add when Rhea left , reasons are not clear why she left, It happens later she was unreachable, this would have made Sushant even more anxious. Cut him off from his family n left him at his worse n blocked his number. Must be true as (On 14th June - Pitani called Rhea as his brother picked n told him she is unavailable, so even Pitani was not able to reach her). Keep in mind account she allegedly took all his medical history n apparently was threatening to leak all to press.
More Glaring - Rhea called Pitani to get information about Email Pitani sent Mumbai police reg his conversation with family , his admission, he shouldn't have sent email to Rhea as it backfired at him. But bigger question is How did Rhea know about email .Most certainly Mumbai Police informed Rhea , otherwise how would she know. Even Bigger question is Why is Mumbai police helping Rhea? How is she so powerful ? This only indicates there is more to the actual narrative.
Disha angle, Mumbai police saving Rhea, non cooperation with Bihar police, Rhea hiring most expensive lawyer reaffirms the is much more that is hidden. Best course would be CBI inquiry. It's not simple case of suicide as it was made to be.
